  5. I think I'm missing the big picture here..................................
  6. Two totes of MIXED brass...eh..? You probably had to add media several time to replace the stuff that is caught between the 9mm stuck in the .40 cases and the .40 stuff stuck in the .45 cases...? How'd you know? yeah, sometimes I even get the three'fer, a 9x21 in a .40 in a .45........... One more day of sorting, and I'm done, I swear I'm going to keep them all seperate from now on! Pass the popcorn
  7. I've been cleaning brass all this week. I'm just about finished cleaning two very full large rubbermaid totes of mixed brass. My tumbler has been running about 10 hours a day since Monday. (each load about 1 1/2 -2 hours) Oh yeah, My tumbler is a big Dillon tumbler, purchased in circa 1989 or when ever they first came out....... It runs & cleans like a champ :popcorn1:

    Sorting Brass

Every 5 years or so, I think to get organized! So I start cleaning and sorting brass....................... (that's right, I shoot new brass in matches! but, since nobody else shoots 9x21, I usually get some, A LOT!, back!) While I hate the task at the beginning, Later on, I think it good therapy, once I get going. So far: 2 Red baskets 1x fired 9x21 (think supermarket red basket!) + They make GREAT media separators! 1 shoebox 9MM 1 shoebox 38super 1/2 shoebox .40 1 shoebox .45 1/8 of a box of where the F*$& did these come from........................... I have a only one big Rubbermaid tote to go! Times are getting hard for the things we LOVE Brass, Bullets, and GAS to get to Matches! I now have to be more economical!
  9. You still got Dan, looks great! :popcorn1:
  10. I get it now. I only get my auto pistolas from Custom gunsmiths, so I missed it. Benny is next on my list I would like to have build one, I'm waiting for frames....................
  11. Thanks to PMD & Supermoto! Both stayed home to let me have a HOA! (someday, someday I'm gonna win!) These guys are the future , along with GTOshooter & Pistolpete and other up & comers in the Northeast! (Sorry Matt, looks like an out of towner ate you lunch Sunday.............It sucks to come in second, doesn't it? ) thanks guys, JH After 20 years, it is still true: There is always SOMEBODY better.
  12. I'm kinda slow, but I'm sure we will get the rest of the story..................

Awesome. Can uspsa publish member counts 30-year, 20 year? not names, just active members!
  14. I update to my life membership back in '92, a pretty good investment I think. I would do it in a minute if would kept my number, but............... Thanks to all for the Kudos The aniversary weekend went well, cause a lot of higher classed shooters stayed home. read big fish, small pond Westfield May 2008 Match Date: 5/4/2008 Combined divisions - These are NOT official results. 16. Very nice, But, it's been visited before, as long as your grip stays on, your plunger tube does also.......... and you get a thumb guard! A better mouse trap from old days............
  17. hint from a mere A shooter. Just look at what most Top Shooters are using.................... there in lies the answer
  18. Sorry! Appearently my question caused a thread split !!! Uh Oh! I put this question to USPSA a few years ago and got a vague response from Dave Thomas, I think you need at least 2 GM's, but if they aren't good GM's, you may need more................ It ain't in the rule book, it is up to them And don't ask me what a good GM is, everybody is better than me.............
  19. Winning first or second in class at an Area Championship or Major Tournament AND shooting into the next higher class may result in promotion (except to Grand Master) The word may means it is up to USPSA
  20. Since that would likely mean you won YOUR class, (unless you were beat by a bigger sandbagger) Well..........., it used to be, now you need an secret amount of GM's to shoot the match to be promoted. Check with Dave Thomas for the un-written rules :popcorn1:
  21. Just say the word, I'll send you a $1000 money order, plus shipping. I could use a third one.................in spite on their limitations. Sincerely, 9x21
  22. Go for it & have some fun! I've been using mine in IDPA, and expect to shoot some USPSA later this year (if there are only 3 or 4 single stacks and you come in 5th, buy an open gun!)
  23. two to the body, one to the head. usually not too far away............. As fast as you can with hits!
