Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. I keep everything stock except for the dawson fo sights. (getting old--can't see) Frank
  2. I remember a chicken farmer in my area years ago named Egbert Hatch!
  3. BOY-did I open up a can of worms! Nice to know I'm not the only one who thinks SS classifiers need some tweaking. I just hope it happens. Frank
  4. The Single Stack scores on the classifier calculator are based on L10 hit factors, I,m guessing that is because there was not enough SS data available last year. Does anyone know if USPSA was using L10 data last year, or if they are going to recalculate now that Single Stack is official? Frank
  5. Trophys and plaques are nice at first, but you runout of space real quick! Cash looks good no mater where you hang it! Frank
  6. Your Wilson Classic has a tighter match barrel than your stock colt resulting in higher bullet velocities and more felt recoil.
  7. SS in the cooler weather, but I switch to production in the 90+ weather. Less heavy iron to wear and carry around. Yes, I am an old lazy #$@*. Frank
  8. I would like to bring out the old single stack in the local matches here in the NJ / Philly Pa area but I look at the recient local match results and SS numbers are very low(3 to 4 MAYBE!) . It seems like the few revolver friendly matches held attract more SS shooters. I tend to think the high round course designs push people toward the higher mag cap divisions. Just my 2 cents-- Whats the SS turnout like elsewhere? Frank
