  1. I'm thinking a new SVI Airsoft from Manny. Been spending to much $ to get to wild. FM
  2. That makes me think the Heat Gear would work well on top of the compressed Cold Gear. UA is expensive but I have not yet found anything that works better. FM
  3. Only 5 year? Well I never! AFAIK any warrany is good, and I've never heard of much of a warranty on any bag. RePete. Green Mountain has a very good warranty too. But Chuck supports our activities and deserves our business. FM
  4. I did the same thing Sean. Went out on my deck at 6:30 this morning, went back in the house and stayed home. I do it for fun, not to show how tough I am. I'll take the 102 like we had at the Sectional anytime over the cold. FM
  5. Forgot about the primers; thanks for the correction and information. I thought of another reason to not do it; you have to live, breath and sleep in there. I don't drive a truck and the public in general is safer for it! FM
  6. All of this talk about Indiana has made me hungry for frog legs! FM
  7. Listen to a fellow trucker; Glockrocker is right about everything except smokeless powder is not an explosive as it is a flammable. FM
  8. If you had a studio sized sleeper I don't see why you couldn't mount a mini bench with a SDB in there some where. Truck drivers have a ton of non driving time these days. The only concern I would have would be haz mat rules. FM
  9. Good idea Chris! I have three range bags now and if I bought the Midway bag I'll bet I could find something to put in it. I would have to see one though before I purchased one regardless of the dollar amount. FM
  10. Bitwind is reinstalled with updates and now SMOKES Hughes. I have reinstalled Mozilla 2.0 too. I must have a spell checker for the Forum but I can't find it right know. Life is finally good again! FM
  11. You probably are better off staying with Hughes Chuck. One of my issues was they didn't want me using Outlook for my email program. (Outlook is something I can't function without.) It would take me about ten miles to drive to the transmitter so I would say it is five to eight miles line of site. When it works it's fantastic. It doesn't load video as fast as Hughes but a page of real estate listings with still images loads instantly while the Hughes would load the same page a lot slower. I am not hi-tech enough to tell you why. FM
  12. Just to cap this off; I had it uninstalled 9 days into the 30 day trial run. I'll be out of about $180 but I just had to see it for myself. In theory my line of site provider is up and running. Thanks for everyones help! FM
  13. See you at OOPS! (I only get there a couple of times a year though. ) It's about 40 miles south of Des Moines on I-35. FM
  14. I always keep motor oil on anything in the white. Just wipe it on with a rag. Perspiration can cause corrosion. FM
  15. It should be mandatory reading for all new members. JMHO FM
  16. Cedar Rapids and I beleive Burlginton have a club. Osceola is further for you than myself but worth the trip! Osceola Organized Practical Shooter has a web site too Welcome to Iowa! FM
  17. I couldn't uninstall it until I gave up and bought the 2006 version. Then I installed AVG Pro including Counter Spy and Mail Washer. FM
  18. Montana Gold or Zero´s are not available in Europe so I have to take the HAP´s. That's a good problem to have! FM
  19. I discovered it by accident. Oil has a bit less friction but you don't have to degrease; just blow out the chips. FM
  20. At the top of the Jeff City, MO gun club there is (or was I haven't been there since '95) a breathtaking view of the bluffs on the MO river. I thought the extra blue skies at the Washoe range north of Reno were awesome too! FM
  21. I like to use alcohol (not booze) as a tap lube when tapping aluminum. It takes less effort, provides a better feel for staying verticle and evaporates when you are done! FM
  22. Metalloy? I know it begins with an M. FM
  23. In Open 115 or 124 Hornady XTP's for tournaments and Winchester 115 JHP's for practice and club matches. HAPS are XTP's with out the serations, right? If so I am going to participate in our next Hornady bulk purchase. Nebraska bullets rock! FM
  24. I just checked it (GMAIL) out and it looks cool but I can't function with out Outlook. FM
  25. Jim did my 170 and it works fantastic. FM
