What's the best airport to fly to? I see REagan and Dulles. Are there any other alternatives? Any experience with these airports when flying with guns?

One thing to consider. Open guns are different from other division guns. One shooter might recommend AutoComp but that doesn't mean you will have the same results when used in your open gun. Comp/Port configuration, reciprocating mass dynamics, etc. are some of the factors that affect perceived recoil. Try a little first, then buy some more if you like it. Load development can be costly if done in haste. Another thing to consider is that even the most expensive powder (VV 3n38/ VV N105) are still cost-acceptable in comparison to bullet cost. On my last calculation, powder cost (3N38) is still the cheapest among the components. My 2 cent

We have two 3-gun matches on the 5th weekend of March: SETPS Orange Greenwood

Go to Texas South Section. We have matches every weekend and every Thursday nights. There will be a match this Sunday at Impact Zone Range-see the calendar. It's usually 6 stages. Make sure you bring extra ammo.

I've got a honeywell and it also comes with a free iphone app. The farthest i controlled it was from Anchorage. I live in Houston.

Just finished scoring a small local match. 5 stages, including a classifier. Scored all of it in my iPhone4. Everything went well except for few hitches and a possible bug. Being done by some other IPSC countries, i.e., Philippines. They have matches like Battle of the Clubs. great idea, just needs a little buy in from the shooters.
