Finally read the FAQs

Finally read the FAQs (3/11)

  1. With the pic of the right side of the barrel with the crack starting half way down the barrel there is even more evidence of a squip/barrel obstructution with a subsequent round fired causing the over-pressure failure. Still would love to get the barrel back to Sandy for analysis.
  2. While certainly difficult to tell exactly what happened, there is no doubt this is a severe over-pressure event and not just an issue with the material. The barrel failing at multiple different points, having enough pressure to also fracture the slide so badly as well as blow everything out the bottom of the magazine is not caused by a simple barrel failure. While no one ever wants to blame themselves for either a squib and cranking another one off or a double charge the evidence I can see surely looks that way. We see chronograph results of Open. Limited and Single Stack shooters all the time in the 190PF range at major matches almost every L2 and up matches. Those are ALL WAY over-pressure from SAAMI spec (with very few exceptions) but we don't have catastrophic barrel failure all over the place. The reason is that barrel can take a lot of pressure, just not double/squib pressure.
  3. Wow, that thumbrest really finishes it off nice ?. It is an amazing piece of art and flawless function as expected.
  4. Hello! Between TapTalk and the Enos site being down most of the day I am not sure if any of my messages got to you. I will take the certificate. Let me know how you would like to get paid.

    Thank you!  Andy

  5. The 5.4" is a great length. I thought the 6 inch felt too long and a 5 inch just too short. Best of both worlds to me. Lee
  6. A little, but a good IWB holster with a good thick belt like a Bull Hides belt http://www.bullhidebelts.com/Black-Mechanics-Belt_p_320.htmlmakes it fine to carry. Don't get me wrong, it isn't like carrying a 7 round plastic gun but I have actually forgotten I was wearing it at times.
  7. All I got to say is it does not get any better....
  8. On Practiscore under 2016 US Infinity Open , it will not post a link from my iPhone. Lee
  9. Yes, the stages were being worked on today until 9 PM. Here you go.... https://www.dropbox.com/s/wszv32vh1rkfzcf/2016USInfinityOPenStages.pdf?dl=0 Lee
  10. Oh yeah, a BUNCH of the top shooters in the world are coming. Sign up to shoot the morning schedule and you can watch them in the afternoon's with their open guns. Only 2 of the top shooters in the world aren't coming (not really, there are plenty of top shooters not coming but you know who I am referring to). One, as mentioned above has a conflict, the other.....hum, he just is scared. Lee
  11. Stages will be posted next week after they are finalized on the ground this weekend. I can give you a preview. AIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This will not be a hoser match. Tough positions, tough shots, long shots, some close shots that will be really, really hard.
  12. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6oq8mDNTsX8 Little video to promote the match as well.
  13. 2 slots opened today due to work getting in their way. Sign up, its gonna be a tough but fun match with most of the best shooters in the world. (Eric cannot make it, we did talk to him about it but he had a conflict). Lee
  14. It was designed LONG before the 5.4" guns, just low mass for quicker ignition times and it looks good! Lee
  15. Only 32 slots remain. Don't miss this unique test of skills and format. NO RESETTING! Shoot, plan, shoot! Lee
