Yep. I had cosaint build me a cco in January got it in February. Now with the rule change it went of the best gun for ccp to obsolete. I've shoot ccp for most of my time in idpa the new rulebook has me considering give up idpa all together.

I've seen a few staccato c2 fit the box with modified magazine's and a thined safety. The magazine's had the base pads removed and a flush fit plug fitted to the bottom of the magazine and drilled and tap with small screws holding it in.

Making master will mean a lot less now. In a year there will be Ex and MA that have no hope of competing at that level.

I haven't seen that part of the rulebook thanks for pointing it out. As the MD and club contact for my club I plan on allowing aiwb I see no reason not to. I strive to not have any "well you can't do that here" club rules. If idpa allows it so do we regardless of what our personal options may be.

Can a club not allow aiwb? It'll be a legal holster position for idpa that would be like the club not allowing co at the match because the MD doesn't like red dots. I'd would email idpa and a ac about that.

The 10 round ccp has effectively killed the cco style guns for ccp. They can only hold 8 round putting the what was the best ccp gun at a disadvantage. I for one just had a cco build for ccp this year and now have a brand new gun that costs a ton of money that's not competitive. It's has me considering not shooting idpa when the new rulebook takes effect.

I'm looking for replacement 10 lb recoil springs for my commander it currently has a 10 lb conventional spring in it from the builder so I know there made but all I can find online for a 10 lb spring is the wolff variable. All that to ask is there much if any difference between the 10 lb conventional I have I the gun now and the wolff 10 lb variable? Thanks!

Could it be the release draging on the magazine as it falling? It be worth a shot to deliberately press and hold the magazine release down all the way down to see if that's the problem

Yeah I knew going it to it that wsf was on the slow side for minor but it what I could get at the time. It's not a bad powder by any means just not ideal for my application. I'm going to use it for practice and local matches and use what 244 and clean shot I have to load sanction match ammo.

I was in the same boat a while back. Got 5 lbs of wsf to try out. I've been load 137 gr brass monkeys bullets with it and while results have been acceptable I won't be buying anymore of it. I'm loading 3.9 gr at 1.10" col to make minor out of a g 19. My biggest complaint is velocity isn't very consistent.

4.7 gr. Is max load for a 124 gr lead bullet and wsf. I'd back that down till it get to the 130-135 power factor range. The test results that hondgons has Was done with a 4 inch barrel so it makes sense that is running faster out of a 5 inch barrel but maybe not a 150 fps faster

Why would anyone not shoot t1 and t2 from the sp?

I've used the brass monkey 127 gr tc and the 137 rn. Only used a few thousand of each but I've had zero problems. The coating seams good no lead in my glock and the shipping is fast! I'll be sticking with the brass monkeys for the foreseeable future.

Regardless of devison you don't have to use whatever legal sighting system you have on your firearm. But it sure does help. In CO you may have a laser, slide ride reddot and back up irons as long as it fits the box and makes weight. As the SO running the stage I'm not going to try to determine which one you are using nor do I care.

In co your allowed to us a laser so you can use a light laser combo as long as it fits the box and the light is not used.

Like the title says is the sp01 target 2 worth the price over a sp 01 shadow. I shoot a sp01 shadow now and I'm looking to get a backup/ match gun. With the sp o1 shadow being out of stock everywhere should I get the target 2 now while there available or hold out and hope to find a sp01 shadow?

I use the kore essentials belt that runs a round $50 for a vest I got a Amazon photographer vest that was a round $25. A 17 in a 34 holster is good to go. A 35 in ssp with 40 minor is a viable option but something I have no experience with.

I don't think the 21 round mag it's comes with will pass the mag gauge just a heads up.

I've heard it suggest by some to leave shooters to dry fireing at the range to make my ammo last longer. For example I'll set up a drill and run it dry a few time then run it live before moving on to something else. Doing it that way I feel like I get a lot out of just 50 rounds or so. What range are you shooting USPSA at? I'm in Georgia and shoot a good bit in Florida

I also use trident like RePete said the ones that I don't want anyone to see I keep private. When I use a stage from trident i leave the original designer name on it.
