all shooters that use daa holsters damaged tso and shadow trigger guard finish. and gun has big ply inside holster. not mention about that every competition few locked guns falls from it. and few stacked inside the holster. bad copy. never try no sr speed no daa and not ghost herd good things about g .rivas but never saw it.

don't worry it's only metal everything can be repaired. check extractor that is ok. sometimes there are small fractures on its edge. (on used) are u right or left shooter ? in few tso that i saw reversed mag release can make the difference. and check feed ramp that its still have mirror smooth surface. found on few tso changes on feed ramp after 3000 rounds how many rounds it shot? most tso that we use have factory 16lb rs .9 and 40. only few use 12lb in 9mm

i done this to my old 75 making bushing that get inside slide precise were r.s. spring seats in slide with drilled hole dia.6mm now u have pilot for drilling it from inside out with drill connected to long bit.

i used all tanfo. parts especially old flat trigger design .my favorite . like this. the gun have tight fit -0 -backlash. and it stays for all 70k that i shot.(it was custom build by tan.) check few days ago old jericho sear cage with all parts and its fit perfectly in to new polymer carry tan. frame.

we have 3 with small frame -all 3 lugs inside slide with 20k-30k and they don't have very big wear like this i changed barrels on my every 25k ( not heavy bul barrel )and it was not looked like this.

how many rounds it shot? is it .40 ? don't like see things like this. only 2.5 lugs participating in the load instead of full 3 lugs like in tan. small frame. here is post about this from november 10. 2016

what we use its original for 9mm. small frame with slide limited bul barrel 12-13 lb rs on cz ts and tso we use 12-16 lb with factory ammo s&b and magtech all 115 grain. all cz with buffers.! p.s .check that extractor don't has damage.

feed ramp don't effect on extraction. i just like see it smooth all the way. if u have too much pressure from extractor to case. 10lb recoil spring probably weak for this. try new extractor or try use 11lb rs we use on ours 12-13 lb from your competition what i saw was not extraction problems .

can u make pic of extractor? removed . did it hold case securely with pressure of 900 g. what is power of recoil spring that u use? see pic. above of feed ramp after polish from my post .its smooth all the way. (not like yours. u have horizontal line on the middle of ramp .i can say its more grinding than polish ). be careful not removing too much material from chamber . case must stay supported. don't expose more than 4mm. of the case. polish its something that almost not remove material and its shiny . try order new extractor .its good have one spare. its gentle and fragile part. and don't make polish on middle area of extractor. u will fix it . yours shooting skills much better than my shooting and writing skills

ac looks like original cz triggers with curved surface that fit perfect in ts eemann tech has same geometry but they 1.5 mm. shorter than original cz trigger at the bottom (don't touch trigger guard) try both of them . the feeling different. i prefer original cz part. its more comfortable for me. (ts plastic trigger looks cheap but its very comfortable for me too.) czc u mean trigger with flat surface ?

+1 . all parts from early tanfoglio versions and not fit cz. the best handgun that i ever had.

from enlarged pic. i can see that ejector leg is broken. and half of the leg still stacked inside the frame. pin hold it . remove pin that hold the broken leg and try draw broken part. don't worry it sometimes happens .

trigger spring. i tried few of al. triggers but i liked plastic trigger more . i change plastic trigger for my demands and serrated it. (move it 2mm back) i use on 1 tso plastic t. and on other al.
