  1. i use this method most times and chamfer the edge with sandpaper by hand. pliers can damage s. head what type of lathe u ordered? i have 2 bench lathes and bench mill. german made.
  2. u can make jig with same thread for holding screw and shorten them with sander without any burrs.

  5. don't afraid shoot first . try think creative let others copy what u do .this will give u confidence and u will improve yours skills. try do what u planned , because most shooters try copy top shooters.and they are only people and they can also make mistakes
  6. for tso cz use M4x8 flat head screw for thumb rest and M3.5x8 for grips (received new ghost holster as a present for sti i think that this one will not harm handgun finish i don't need it ,so i gave it to somebody from club that need it.)
  7. i also have few friends whose speed of movement is faster than the speed of their thought it's just a matter of concentration . it could happen to anyone. thinking is something that causes a lot of problems and complication in life.

  13. mine is 6.5 mm long .not trimed but i saw differences in dimensions between same guns( 6-8mm) try order both sizes and fit them for yours needs. if u remove grips many times better to have few spare screws.
  14. of coarse safety from sh 1 not fit sh 2. its wider body on 2 safety of sh2 will fit ts but not sh1. regards y.

  16. it's the same part. look if it has small burrs on the end of it . remove burrs with sand paper only. and lube it be careful not remove material. only burrs on sharp corners
  17. of coarse longer screw u can gently trim but short screw it,s harder to make it longer.but if u want everything is possible .
  18. what did u find ? what size? i use on my cz tso with custom wood grips screws from tan. gold team m3.5x8 because distributor in my country don't have parts for cz
