u can sharp regular mill cutter with radius by hand for this work. if i can do this with my hobby machines u can do this with professional machines more easily .

Because, mount not for this gun. The new holes have weakened the plastic in this area.

over 0.5mm is too much . it should be less.cz original barrel came in quiet accurate dimension for minimal fitting job. but good to know. don't forget chamfer the edge 0.5x45* if not it will not have full lockup .

thru the hole on the shaft . (cz fit left safety by hand to .r side safety to make them solid fit . not like on shadow)

in most tso that i saw safety seats in light pressure inside the right side safety . after u displace the sear spring leg from the groove light strike to left safety shaft thru right safety hole will move it from it place.

0.1mm it's not a lot.

we wait for ours order from tan. 7 months .all extreme models received them few w. ago very accurate work.

if u like plastic guns try " strike 1 " this is scary accurate gun.

u can feel it with epoxy glue , but only if this airsoft gun. yes one of club shooters done this. filled it by argon welding with his both left hands. it holds, but i don't think it perfectly safe.

2011 properly tuned is very reliable gun. it's only need more care than cz type guns.

6" it's good for mass production gun for 50m at 25m over 4" not o.k. group even for mass production gun. with tight bushing and better slide to frame fit it can give u 2" at 25m.

what developments? at last something was realized in cz that their most expensive gun need normal checkering .? and other things copied from existing acsessories that already exist at last 20 years. gun looks awesome.

not all. i received 2 tso with target 70mm group from the factory 0.3mm vertical play of the barrel. both of them need 10x bushing . but few others tso have tight group targets. and this from cz most accurate gun.? monday guns?

u don't want to join to the cz club.? if i lived in us i would carry glock 17or cz 75 old type . and for ipsc one of 2011 types , or tanfoglio limited custom (small frame only)

i took broken ss from shooters and drill them in place that was pin . after this i weld good quality hardened steel 5mm h6 pin instead the old one. it hold a lot .it can bend but not breaks any more. if it bends i drill it again and replace it with new. i build jigs for welding and all ss the same.

i plaid with extractor tension and ejector angles of g17 playing with rs not recommended . and of coarse :

i don"t know if bersa made new guns from better steel now ,but in past the steel was like butter. if u bye old type bersa gun with 5" barrel after few years of use it's grows to 6" about sh2 for bullseye shooting ?(for my reasons i don't like this gun ) try find something else for this. like sig 210

on few tso that use 16lb recoil springs the original ss hold 10k-15k factory ammo .after it was replaced it hold 4k- 8k. and 1 new breaks after 2500 rounds. tso that used from the begining 13lb rs. ss break every 6k. i replace on 2 tso ss from " bul cherokee 9mm " and now it with 10k. waiting to know how it's hold.

VERY IMPRESSIVE COLLECTION .

i use 5mm h6 hardened pins from skf bearing shop but it needs some accurate work to fit the gun. in last 30 y. never saw that it breaks. cost 0.5 usd each. cz s.s machined from cast steel - wrong technology tanfoglio made them wright way from 2 parts.

what cz models u saw cracked frames in slide stop pin hole ?

+1 1983 bad years for some cz owners. few batches for 75 have spain casting frames .

for this mission u need tight fitted handgun with good quality barrel. try cz 75 tight fit slide to frame with german made " peter stahl" perfect fitted barrel.
