  1. Out of one of my buckets of range brass I’ve been noticing that about 10% are not passing the hundo case gauge. The headstamps which aren’t passing the gauge are “A USA” and “Aguila” load is 147 grain PD at 1.1” which is my go to for 9mm. Is this just a characteristic with this brass headstamp? Or is this an indicator of something being out of order with my Dillon 1050XL? For what it’s worth they still run in my JP5 but my Glock won’t tolerate them.
  2. Were the provisional rules addressing capacity limits in production adopted? Or just the limited optics rules?
  3. This question feels more like an LSAT question. It should not be this complicated.
  4. Here's some B class video. Still pretty new to pcc, but I'm starting to enjoy it.
  5. Does anyone know if the Taran Tactical Lightning gen 5 glock magwell legal for CO? this one ==>. https://tarantacticalinnovations.com/full-size-competition-lightning-magwell-for-generation-5/ I don't have access to a idpa box before my match this Saturday.
  6. I just ordered an Easyhit earlier. Did that solve your issue?
  7. Yeah, in trap I tried this method but it didn't work well for me. In multi-gun it isn't an option for me due to the transition to other shooting platforms.
  8. Hi all, I'm a cross-dominant marksman (right-handed, but left eye dominant in shooting). It doesn't cause me any issues when shooting a handgun. I just tilt my and head and shoot fine. With a rifle, I use a scope or red dot, and I use my non-dominant right eye with no issues. The problem I've encountered is using a shotgun with a bead or fiber optic front sight. I'm not able to tilt or cant my head since the shotgun is shoulder mounted. The only workaround I have figured out is to squint with my dominant eye, and use my non-dominant eye for target acquisition. This works fine for static shooting where I'm not moving around, but I have found that trying to move and shoot with one eye open is exceedingly difficult. I'm not able to train my non-dominant eye to become dominant; I've tried to no avail. I've considered mounting a red dot to my shotgun to bypass the cross-dominant issue just like on my rifle, but I'm not fully prepared to dive into open division in 3 gun. Does anyone else share the same issue? Or have any advice on how to overcome this dilemma? Any advice would be helpful. Alex
  9. Looks a bit too large to be a p365 in the video. Maybe its a p365 XXXL
  10. Yeah but look at the latest video from humble marksman. Looks like a .22. I suppose it could be the new 30 super carry, but I doubt it.
  11. Could it be a .22 conversion kit for the p320? Hard to tell from the video but the audible report sounds like its less than 9mm.
  12. Jeff, Have you tried these? https://www.doublealpha.biz/us/daa-idpa-racer-magazine-pouch That is the pouch I use for IDPA and with the right shim it'll work for a Tanfoglio LF mag. The Tanfo LF is approx. the same circumference as a 2011 mag.
  13. By watching and participating in these matches long enough to figure out that match performance has more to do with the person behind the gun, not the weight or action of the trigger pull.
  14. It seems to work for idpa and doesn’t mess up the balance of the sport.
  15. So the double stack Nyx is legal for IDPA? .... I assume for ESP. If so, that would make a sweet gun for IDPA CO.
  16. It's just another recreational activity to burn money on. Some people have the excess funding to buy expensive motorcycles, boats, or do other costly recreational activities like skiing. I've always looked at this sport as just another outlet for that type of spending behavior.
  17. I'm noticing that my brand new Tanfoglio mags have a very strong magazine spring. With a 9 lb recoil spring in my Stock II they noticeably slow down the slide from closing into battery. Do people normally cut a coil or two off of the stock magazine spring to run them with a lighter recoil spring?
  18. Still no go. Weird. The link that Chuck posted works, so I'll just use that for now.
  19. Chrome. I can request for the desktop site to load, but it still won’t.
