How did you get your finger smashed in the undercut of your glock?

Still new somewhat but I’ve been shooting production and I reload at certain predetermined parts of the stage.

I zero at 15. Just a personal preference.

Thank you all for the comments. It was all very helpful. Admittedly this was my first time dealing with an extractor issue. After watching a few YouTube videos on how to remove the extractor (it was not as difficult as I would have expected), i removed it and cleaned the extractor tunnel. It was absolutely filthy and flush with gunk. Couldn’t tell you the last time it was cleaned. Cleaned the extractor and the hood appears to be normal. I bent it inward slightly as i observed in a few videos and ran a few rounds through as a bench test. It appears to be much improved. I will update when I can test it in live fire.

How do i identify what extractor i have?

Factory loads and reloads. The factory loads were remington 180 gr and federal 180 gr.

Can anyone help me diagnose this issue I'm having with my STi Edge? It is a Brazos HP Edge 5". All 4 of my mags seem to exhibit this issue with feeding. It may happen once or twice per full magazine where the case on the expended round fails to eject. It feels like it is stuck on the next round in the magazine. I'm new to the STi platform and not sure if this is an extractor issue, recoil spring, or something else. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Is there a certain type of file I should use?

Hey all, I recently purchased a used Brazos custom 2011 Edge .40 and I'm wishing to have installed a Phoenix Trinity ambi safety. I'm not sure that this is something that I could handle myself, so I'm wondering if there are any recommended gunsmiths that I would install this for me. Any recommendations?

For what it's worth, I sent my p320 back to sig and they fixed it. The trigger feels normal now.

Are the czc basepads much thicker than stock? I'm trying to determine if I should get those or the SP.

Hey all,I recently purchased a Sig p320 tacops and after dry firing the weapon I noticed that the trigger on this unit seemed different than the other p320s that I test fired. It seems like my trigger has the reported "double click" issue and also doesn't feel nearly as crisp as I remember when I test fired other p320s before I purchased this one. This model does have the new adverse trigger.Here is the video I took earlier capturing the trigger action: Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this type of function in the p320 trigger?

That is exactly the only way I'm able to articulate the slide from the forward serrations on this pistol. Hopefully after the break in period it will loosen up.

That seems to be what I'm doing... is it possible that the shadow needs to be broken in to loosen up the recoil spring? Or should the recoil spring be replaced with a lesser spring weight?

Hey all, I recently purchased a Shadow 2 for USPSA production. This is one of the best feeling pistols I think I have ever used. One question though: Is there a specific technique to racking the slide over the top by the front serrations? I've never had difficulty with this type of manipulation my other pistols, but on this model it is particularly difficult. Any insight would be appreciated.
