I just switched to limited from shooting a glock 34 in production not to long ago. I'm shooting a 2011 now as it seems to dominate the limited category for the most part. Not sure about the other guns listed but as far as the 2011 goes u will get a lot of varying answers....kind of like ford or chevy....apple vs droid. I have 2 ck arms hardcore 2011 and love them. If I were to ever switch to another company would be atlas based on the 100% positive feedback/review rate. Lastly I would try to shoot a few range buddies guns before jumping into something since these guns are so much more expensive than a glock.

Awesome video...I wondered how everyone that flys to matches deals with all of that. I have only shot matches that are within a 6-7hr driving distance from me. I may venture out and try flying to a match next summer. Thanks for the video!

I also notice I dry fire faster too...I attributed it to I know the guns not hot and if I drop it only the cat and I will know. When I get to the range I know the gun is hot, people are watching etc and I slow it back a bit.

Figure I'm new enough to the 2011 that I'd see what others are thinking...I know what I like but worried that I don't know what's good for me...I secretly like the polymer cuz I'm so used to shooting a glock

I'm still newish to 2011 lim guns...I have shot with polymer and steel grips. I currently have steel grips on 1 of my lim guns and just switched the other back to polymer experimenting. I really prefer the feel of polymer and don't mind the small difference in recoil to have a lighter and more comfortable gun. Seems like an easy choice to dump the steel grips but...seems everyone I talk to thinks I'm crazy and that metal grips is where it's at. I don't want to make a rash decision and sell off 2 steel grips only to regret it later cuz obviously those things r quite pricey. Just want to here some opinions on steel or not to steel. Thanks.

I have never heard or read a single negative thing about atlas...I personally don't have one but know a few that do and they all love their guns. I do watch all their you tube videos. A ton of good info.

When I have had this issue a primer found its way where it shouldn't be and was blocking the full movement. Sounds like you have taken it apart a bunch but maybe take another good look around for a pesky primer hanging out where it shouldn't be?

I'm gonna order the infinity set but realized it doesn't cover the dummy screws at the bottom of the grip...any suggestions for those?

I'm newish to the 2011. I am trying to find a grip screw set in black and all I find is stainless. Am I crazy!? Where can I find black screws instead of stainless?

It rained sideways for about 45 on the first afternoon of nationals...we sat there huddled up under the awnings and waited for it to stop...if it's that bad they aren't shooting in it I assume.

Just got home from limited nationals...i sure hope everything works out for the open guys...some awesome stages setup...would hate to hear they got moved to the orange groves! Except stage 22....no one would be upset if that one got "moved"

First nationals complete. 2nd year Uspsa shooter with a few major matches under my belt. Limited nationals was quite a challenge...from the stages to the wx, to shooting 3 days straight...but more importantly it was fun! Was squadded with awesome shooters and learned a lot from watching guys that are way above my skill level run stages. Also a humbling experience as the stages exposed every weakness I have and then some. Certainly had my share of melt downs, mikes, no shoots etc....End result 5th place C...ill take it! Hope to get a chance to shoot another nationals again.

I sure have gone through a lot of fiber rods with no idea why...never thought about it being powder related...but what he said...I seem to have to replace my fiber every 1k...sometimes sooner cuz it flys off...and usually in the middle of a match!

I don't shoot my rifles a whole lot(shoot pistols mostly) but all my ar's but 1 have them and I have zero issues with them...I recall seeing that there is a newer model of them out now too the last time I looked

Discovered shooting matches/Uspsa about 2 years ago....been all in ever since. Now my vacation travel takes me to major matches instead of nfl games, Vegas etc. Seems my hobby outside of matches now is reloading, cleaning guns, dry firing, reading this forum, buying more guns/parts/loading supplies...Wait I just realized all my other hobbies revolve around Uspsa...guess I'm in love.
