  1. Thanks I am going to check the software out. Seems like watching videos is also a great training tool
  2. I feel like an idiot, but I tried liking this...
  3. I feel like this is similar to professional athletes. They may have a unorthodox form as a pitcher, batter or receiver. But this form works for them. I guess whatever ever works for you. I would obviously try not to mimic unorthodox forms just because someone else does it.
  4. There are tons of useful videos and dry fire drills that can truly help between matches. I know at times with work and life events it can be hard to make it to all the competitions. Best of luck to you!
  5. I've noticed different airports try enforcing different rules. I think the lack of training for airlines and TSA is the biggest issue. I had one airline try throwing my ammunition away because they thought it was illegal to fly with hollow points.
  6. Dang, now I'm kind of interested to see what this twitter account is really about. Must be rough to have to filter information on a shooting board.
  7. Is the trigger quality the same between both guns?
  8. Well once I got to lurking around I started chiming in on more post. I get bored at work and have thoroughly enjoyed reading the forum this past week.
  9. Great info guys, I recently got prescription glasses and will be wearing them at the range next time I go. I never knew how bad my vision was until I went to the eye doctor!
  10. Glad to hear you got them fixed. I have a pair from another company and I am basically screwed on getting mine repaired
  11. Did they repair the old one or send you a new one? I bet after all that time you were a bit attached to that scope!
  12. Video looks good. Just out of curiosity how long did it take to edit the footage?
  13. I don't think sig will ever follow through on any of their preorder lists. It gets so ridiculous
  14. I thought nfa made a majority of the losers out there that are rebranded
  15. Not sure if this is the proper thread, but looking for advice from those that shoot a Reddot and also have astigmatism. I want to venture out into the open world, but on certain reddots the dot splits and I see like a cluster of dots. Are there any any particular ways to correct or accomadate this?
  16. I realized the exact same thing reloading my ruger 22/45. I felt pretty foolish.
  17. I hve noticed that factory mags over time the spring may weaken, therefor requiring some "tuning". Also some tuning required depending on what bass pads you run and how the mag works
  18. I made the jump from my glock 35 to a STI edge last year. Never looked back and love it. Now I plan on selling my STI for a true custom 2011.
  19. Touché! Hopefully the quality will shine through. If not, sell it!
  20. Great video. Never thought about making a video to explain to newshooters and friends. I'll be sure to show them this
  21. Focus on strengthening your core. A strong Core is a perfect foundation for those other lifts.
  22. I'm not too sure how it effects a diabetic, but have you tried some of the pickle juice packets? They are great here in Texas for the summer time
  23. If you focus too much on your trigger pull you are probably not focusing on that front sight. As with anything no two persons trigger pull is going to be the same, but their sight alignment and sight picture should. I learned that overtime practice and lots and lots of rounds downrange, I have a more natural trigger squeeze and completely forget about it
