  1. The mushiness is from the connector. All these kits use minus connectors. If you give up some weight and go to a dot or standard connector it cleans up the pull a ton. Still light but it won't be 2.5-3lbs. (Gen 3's typically .5lb lighter with the same setup) I keep reading the term "dot connector". What exactly is that? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Well I finally decided to load up my very first reloads today. Loaded some 147 grn fmj over 3.2,3.3,3.4 grns of titegroup. I read that titegroup and 147 is the most common load at nationals. I will test these in my 34 and see which it likes best. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  4. How can I ensure my loads will make pf if I don't have a chrono? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. is the only benefit reduced primer strikes? I need to contact him. How did you contact him? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. any issues with light primer strikes? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Ya I won't be buying anymore of their stuff. Their customer service alone turned me off completely. Absolutely horrendous. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Didn't want to start a new thread but wanted more input on the topic. I'm ready to buy one of his triggers but I am wondering if I should wait and save a little longer to buy the custom with the striker. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I use shot timer and it has a par time but it's so annoying that you can't hit a button to start/stop it. Not sure why they use the slide instead of a button. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. This is the kit I ordered. It doesn't give specifics on the weights of the springs.
  11. I plan on it! I should've done it in the first place and saved the money.
  12. No. They are not the same profile as the OEM barrel. Is it the dimples that make them a different profile?
  13. My experiences with the 22 rounders are very similar and my Glock 34 is completely stock. It's such a tight fit that anything more than 16 rounds will not drop free. The good news is that they are 100% reliable. They fit in my g19 just fine. I suppose my 34 has a narrow magwell which is a bummer.

What are the advantages of fluting the barrel? Thanks
  15. That is so cool! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. So after taking this to the range I started having issues again with the trigger safety catching on the frame. I talked to Zev and they told me to try their springs with the stock connector. That made the trigger not reset at all. I sent multiple emails back and got no replies. So I put the stock springs back in and the Zev connector and it worked. Took it to the range and had no issues. I asked Zev for a refund or if they would send me a new spring kit. They cut off all contact with me and won't reply to me. I sent many emails to their customer service and they only replied a couple times. Once they said"if it's the fulcrum trigger we can walk you through it" after I had told them it wasn't. They have horrible customer service and I won't be buying anymore of their stuff. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Stippling has basically become an art form. I read on another forum where a guy got mad because he said someone was copying his "style". People pay big money for it. Crazy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I had major back surgery last May at the age of 28. Back pain sucks and I truly hope the surgery fixes it for you. You're gonna have to do therapy a lot and never stop. It's a grind. Don't put other things ahead of your health. Shooting, hobbies and all that will be there later. It was really hard for me to give it up for a long period of time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. How is it a write off? Maybe then my wife will be okay with it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I have an evo elite in my g19 and a rocket in my g34. Much prefer the ghost but it's a bit harder to install. Ditto on the 6lb trigger spring. It causes issues in both mine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Okay thanks. It has a lot more mounting options and I found it for $53 so I went for it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Maybe it's because I'm new to the game but if that scenario happened and she got dq'ed It would really turn me off from uspsa. Maybe veterans have a different opinion but that just doesn't seem right. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I just ordered a comp tac international. After reading this thread I'm wondering if I should go with the bladtech doh instead? I'm planning on shooting in production with a g34. Anyone tried out both? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Since they've decided on a revolver I would then look at caliber. .357 would be ideal but since it's for a woman I would look at a 38 or 9mm. They need to be able to shoot it accurately. Both calipers are sufficient. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Threads like these show me how much practice I have ahead of me. You guys are awesome. I just recently got my dry fire draw under 2.0. I just started and have some new goals to achieve! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
