  1. Mine was silver at the time. Had it coated black after. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Yes. If I remember correctly it was around the bumps on the evo basically where it mated to the magwell that needed relieved. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Yes. Used a mill to remove small amount of material from magwell. I didn’t touch the evo. Worked great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I’ve only used it for USPSA. But mine has run over 15k this season with no issues. I’d expect that even without the shroud it is more durable than some of the others. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Pull off the outer shroud and QD mount from the 510C and there is no weight issue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I’ve got the romeoXL on one gun and 510c on my other. The XL is noticeably smaller than the 510C but the dot is bigger. It’s a pretty good balance overall. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. You can also always go aluminum and if it’s not heavy enough add the steel limcat or even brass Limcat magwell to add weight to desired level Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Yes. That combo you have is what I use for a duty gun. (Minus the gg trigger) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. 14 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. My factory mags with springer kits will hold 20. They are just super tight when new. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Today was my first match with the XL. Worked great. Dot was bright and large enough to track easily. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Christian’s gun is posted on IG Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Agree. I had no issues at all with my Holosun 510c with 15k on it and another 510c on my backup. I just wish they offered a larger MOA dot. Hopefully they will before long. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. The window does feel smaller when going from the 510c. But the large dot is nice so far. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I went from RTS2 to DPP to Holosun. The Holosun was most forgiving for SHO/WHO shooting by far but don’t have enough time on the XL yet to say how it will be in comparison. But on the chaos with the Holosun I had brass marks on the back of the site housing and with the Romeo there is nothing so that little bit of extra clearance was all it needed. Extra insurance. 16. Holosun 510C. 2moa dot Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Only a few hundred round on the XL an I already like it a lot. Very crisp dot. Even in very bright sunlight it stood out. To dryfire with it you have to use the middle settings. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Mine wouldn’t go on for anything. I filed the tabs off and it dropped on just fine. The tabs on that are only around 1mm tall so barely there anyway. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Ah. my mount is the new Romeo Max/Romeo XL mount. Everything looks like it should line up but doesn’t want to drop on. Something is just barely out of spec on either mount or sight. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Did your Romeo XL fit on the index tabs of the mount or did you file them off? Mine doesn’t want to drop onto the tabs. They are extremely short so doubtful they will actually make a difference Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I was told yesterday that the Limcat mount will not work for the Romeo XL. Looks like atlas has an option for it but believe it is different than the rts2 mount. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Before you loctite anything put in the screws and ensure they don’t need to be shortened. (Screw sticking through frame) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I red loctite my optic mount/thumbrest on my Chaos. Takes heat to remove it but it never comes loose when I don’t want it to. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Difference on atlas mount would be the bend on front that functions as blast shield Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. If you are seeing holes on 15yd targets you are probably watching the target too long and should already be transitioning eyes to the next one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
