  1. Just mailed two apps from Phoenix yesterday. Have gun will travel. Whats the temp like in Oct? October Normal High: 78°F Normal Low: 52°F Normal Average: 65°F
  2. And basically it would be an open gun with the comp and all...
  3. You mean the Swedish Bikinni Shooting Team?
  4. The balls of some people! I had my car broken into once in broad daylight in a busy Cracker Barrel parking lot in broad daylight. It was around Newnan, GA. And nobody saw anything! There are no boundries these days... Sorry to hear about your misfortune.
  5. I noticed a huge difference when I went from a glock35 with a tungston guiderod and a brass magwell to an edge, so I would think you would prefer less weight. Felt like swinging a 2x4 in wide transitions. Just throwing that out there.... Edited to add that I did shoot better with the edge though.
  6. DENTRINITY SHOP also has some options. http://www.dentrinityshop.com/pr_list.jsp?...pg=5&rpp=10
  7. Elite Shooting Centre has some interesting options. http://www.eliteshootingcentre.co.uk/Guns/...04.3%20Race.htm
  8. You going to make this one? I would like to, but now being from the warm SW, it may be tough....
  9. It has always been a first come first served match. I don't think that has changed...
  10. Most deserving- thanks for everything Sharyn!
  11. WTG Jim! It's about time...you've been sandbagging enough.
  12. The better ones are inside...
  13. Since I had nothing better to do, I thought I would post the pic.... I like the one on the right better
  14. Unfortunately I had to miss this year's match, but I have it on my calendar for next year.
  15. Check your calendar again= April 30th (Thursday), May 1st (Friday), May 2nd (Saturday).
  16. There are pluses and minuses to both, sponsorship is a whole new entity. It can help support the shooter, but brings added pressure to perform.
  17. Open= Max L10= Too tough to call! Travis has the momentum, but they are all out for blood I think.
  18. Yes there is. It is called "TPC". The RO shoot at 8 am Thursday and the competitors shoot 8 am Friday. Match fee is only $35. Here is what Larry had to say about prizes: There some guns for the New Mexico Challenge…I think! That is not my ballpark for prizes, however I know they have some good stuff. As far as Thursday, that is the staff shoot for the LE 3 gun. For that I have about $12,000 worth of stuff to give away on Saturday evening when the TPC is concluded. 4 DPMS rifles, 2 STI Spartans, Larue complete upper and a host of range bags, gift certificate up to $299 and so on. TPC Registration attached along with standards (rules). TPC is a combination of USPSA, IDPA and 3 gun….it is blast! 19. Larry Houck just contacted me about this match and thought I would give a heads up to the local pistoleros and 3-gunners. There is a Law Enforcement 3-gun and pistol only competitions at the Shooting Range Park in Albuquerque. The New Mexico Challenge is a Law Enforcement Handgun match and is free. The matches are a culmination of NRA LE, USPSA, IDPA, PPC and 3-gun as I understand it. Here is some information, but you can contact Larry for more details.
