  1. Are you using the same lower? I had a problem with an out of spec bolt catch plunger hitting the back side of the ambi bolt release. It stopped the bolt catch from coming up all the way.
  2. the CM magwell is too wide to fit a 75 frame. the style is what cz ub uses for both
  3. you didn't need a full 9mm upper either. my 40TS has been running awesome with just a 9mm barrel and mags.
  4. I think the grips stick into the magwell to keep the mag from shaking side to side as well.
  5. you would also want a real mag well on that TS vs the plastic garbage you get supplied.
  6. Its because no one likes the CM mag well. I prefer it over the CZC one because I can still use stock mags and not modify extended base pads. I also have small hands so the reduced grip length area doesnt bother me.
  7. looks good. I'm glad you didn't get red though. Can't have an identical twin. Fraternal twin is OK though.
  8. Except that the slide on the CM is shorter. The slide of the CM+sight block is maybe 1/8" longer than the slide on a TS. I just weighed the TS and CM that I have. The TS was 44.2oz and the CM was 42.8oz. The TS has a decent amount of grip reduction and thin grip tape grips and the CM has the extended safety and lemon grader grips, other than that, they are the same. The point I was getting at with the slide being shorter/lighter is that there is less reciprocating mass, which is the actual important part. Hence why slide lightening is so popular. Shot a CM for a while then go back to the TS, that is where you will notice the difference.
  9. the czechmate barrel is a TS barrel that's threaded. how's it heavier?
  10. the grip is cut higher less mass on the slide less mass on the frame the gun as a whole is tighter
  11. and you can get 2 sp01s for every Tac sport. but the same way the sp01 isn't a Tac sport, a Tac sport isn't a czechmate.
  12. never had that happen. do you have anything on the threads?
  13. If you are going down range to set up the target anyway, why not buy a camera setup instead of a high end spotter? They are around the same price but you don't have to worry about atmospheric conditions and you can see bullet holes at north of 1500 yds.
  14. dual focal plane is only on the 1.5-8 the 1-5 is sfp only.
  15. It comes apart the same as the rest of them. The only real difference is the sear cage has springs on the back of them. I dont remember if they can fall out or not, but its something to keep an eye on.
  16. 1080p@30FPS isnt exactly ideal for action. Is "best" in your mind least intrusive or best video quality?
  17. a gun is shot out when the frame dies. everything else is replaceable.
  18. I did mine with it still installed. but yes, it's easily removed.
