I travel 2 hrs every weekend for a match in Norco. it is a check up for me that i'm improving on my shooting every week. great comraderie shoot with Gm's and master shooters. Great stages with some stages like the nationals. best Ipsc training i can get. achieved high A shooter in less than 1.5 yrs. and most of all JoJo vidanes is so down to earth and a great guy to buy a gun coz if you have a problem, he fixes it right there on the range.

shoot IPSC matches and with squad with good shooters preferably A, GMs and master shooters. Buy 50,000 rds and i guarantee by the time you finish this you'll be in master class.

got all my flight, hotel and car from hotwire.com...flight $176.00.hotel $116.00 and car rental for $89.00 everything just under $400.00 i chose to stay at a hotel near the airport so that i'm not in a hurry and worried by the time i leave on sunday about 5:30pm. i should be back to los angeles in les than 2 hrs. NOW I JUST NEED TO GET IN THE TOURNAMENT ! OTHERWISE ALL THESE ARE NOT REFUNDUBLE.

better do some training and shoot good with that badass!! gun! and i'm sure even if you dont, at least make the stage look good as if a GM had shot it with that gun.

i heard that this year there will be no shoot off.. this pissed a lot of shooter that i know and i'm not a grand master but i always enter the SC challenge so i may qualify for top 25. i guess the days are over and count me in for not giong to this competition any more..

Happy Father's day!!!! 1) gift i got was got to shoot yesterday at norco ipsc 2) woke up early amd shot again today at prado ipsc. 3) got home at 11:00 am ate breakfast with family and got my gifts. most of my wish list..i need.. - Wife gave me an 2 aftec extractor! - Son gave me a 2 brazo tune ejector. - daughter gave me 4 Limcat base pads. Damn, didnt get a new open gun!! - and ME gave my self a Shooting shorts that i wore yesterday's match and a small toll box so i get to put all of my gun parts in my shooting bag.

need votes..what sunday match would you go to shoot an IPSC match? 1st sunday, second.etc... thinkin of about 5 stages..for $20.00 start at 8am finish at 10:30 am was planning to have a meeting before shooting and have everyone help in braking down the stage. hoping to finish by 12:00pm everyone would be home by 1:00 to 2:00pm on a sunday and spend time with family.

i notice that if you focus on just one target, when i snap my vision on the next target, the gun doesnt stop to the next A zone. but if i see all the target, when i snap my vision on the next target the gun stops on the next A zone!! amazing of what seeing your surrounding can do.

i dry fire 1 hr in the morning and 1 hr at night some times 2.5 hrs at night. if i dont, i know some one else is doing it better and harder than i'm.. and that is the person that will beat me on the weekend match. most important is to call shots everytime...train your subconcious...subconcious kicks in when the buzzer goes off. Some day i will beat that guy name JJ Racaza.

Try getting to the range 1/2 hour early and shoot the stage by your self. you need to be very honest about the stages. focus on smooth TRANSITION and all alphas. turn in your score sheet AND I GUARANTEE that you will feel that you are in slow motion shooting the stage but belive it or not you are actually faster because of smooth movement. YOU SHOULD POST almost the Best time and should place an overall good standing. I know because i have done it several times. it seems that when we shoot with other fellow shooters, everyone gets hyped by the SPEED so you push your self trying to get the speed all the time and accuracy suffers leading into mikes. i hope you try this and post me a feed back. sorry guys, but i have known Voight ever since i started ipsc competition and i dont think theres anyone that can do a better job of what he is doing now. I vote Michael Voight all the way!!!!

ever since i started to shoot IPSC i was told to use gram springs and follower, they were just drop in on my SV tubes. 9mm works everytime and never fails...i never had any trust on other followers except for these!!

ben, preety impressive stage you were shooting preety fast. did you shoot the stage clean? or was there any de's or mikes.. what is you uspsa class? almost as fast as taran b?

I have a solution for this web surfing block!!!!1 what i would do is sign up to verizon and get a PC card. use it for 10 days.. use it in the airport. then return it within 15 days verizon has a 100% money back if you dont like the service. i will do this since i wait a lot on airports while going to tournaments like area2 in AZ.

call EGW they make a superb die...fixes alot of problem reloading using common dies. but EGW has a special one that fixes bulges on the brass...i bought all EGW dies.! buy the best equiptment all the time.

o.k steel SC shooters, with the new SC challenge stage accelerator, what do you guys think a good overall ttotal time would be to be in the top 25. first time i shot in piru last week gave me a 107.52?

i heard eric graufel's gun has 16 ports? and his gun is very flat!! i have 2 holes on my open gun 9mm. im loading 8.0g of n350 didn't notice the difference. sucks because i have powder spill everytime. slows down on reloading ammo.
