  1. Any idea If it is going to be around the same time as this year in Morro Bay?? Enquiring minds need to know......
  2. I'd love to be able to manage out something like this, either way!!! But as a lowly 737 driver, that's a long way in one o them!!! I'll git on the big bird and see you at SLOSA this year.
  3. I'm in Australia. Mighty kind of you MWP, I'm planning on that match and the IRC this year. Be good to finally catch up with you and the others. Usually bring enuf ammo for the match, and just buy some 38 locally for the classifiers and some light practice. We'll see. You're mighty welcome over here bro, you have a place to stay if you're in my town. We just gotta find you some matches!! Regional is going to be in W.A next year. Near Perth. The club running it usually puts on a good match. They even have a dark room stage usually.
  4. Thanks mate. Can't get into the country for the match without one........
  5. Mark, are you guys running this next year? (2023) If so, do you have a date in mind?
  6. My original series1 took 125 conicals at 1.140 to just off the lands. The Apex barrel I replaced it with would only get to 1.100. I gave myself a bit more room with a throating reamer. Now they are at 1.130.
  7. Good to see the relationship with Icore bearing fruit it seems. But, goddam it's ugly......
  8. If your trigger doesn’t reset that fast, then whoever did you revolver action didn’t do it appropriately. The rebound is too slow.
  9. Pity. Might have got more if the IRC wasn't the following weekend........
  10. A wonderful supporter of the sport here in Australia. A true gentleman. He will be sadly missed by all sections of the sport here.
  11. Goddammit. I waited till the last day (Sunday past ) to put my leave requests in for next year.............
  12. Mikey, lovely to look at.... F#@@K not being able to be there. Al;l the best to those I know. See ya'll next year.....
  13. We've allowed auto shooters to shoot at club level for a few years now. We simply give them their own division, we use open and limited/production. Easier here as you can only have 10 rounds anyway. Because they have their own division we don't change the scoring for them in any way, they are competing against themselves, and they can always compare scores later if they wish. The only proviso we have, is since the club has an Icore champion each year, the rule is you cannot win Icore Club Champ with an auto. We get anywhere between 15 to 35-40 shooters a match now. Spread is about 1/2 and 1/2.
  14. Will you be having a practice/classifier day prior as per previous years?
  15. Thanks for all the replies guys. Sorry about being late to get back to you. We're experimenting as I speak. Thanks again.
  16. Do any of you guys use small label type printers to give a shooter a copy of his score after entry onto the tablet? If so, what kind/type and what OS can you use? Thanks,
  17. Bringing an old tired thread to life again, has this been developed? Scoring for something like PPC or WA 1500? Bullseye? Thanks.
  18. Sure, as you say the P.C. Ain't much better than the standard gun. But with a little bit of time and money invested, it becomes a thing of competitive beauty. You can apply as much lipstick as you want to the ruger, but you still only end up with the pig........
  19. Gorgeous..... Old school S&W at it's best........Sadly, from days gone by now.
  20. Shannon, will I be able to purchase some 38 SPL at the range, or close by? Preferably Federal? I would need 100 or so for the classifier stages, I can usually bring enough for the match. (airlines....) Dale
