Afew years ago my wife decided to come out and play. Set her up with one of my limited guns only to find out she was left eye dominant. Soooo she decided to shoot one of my backup open guns. New Limcat holster, mag holders CR belt and Nike all purpose shoes. 3 months later she decided shopping on Saturdays was more fun and she could sleep in later

A few years ago USPSA developed a manual called the Safe Handgun Competitor. Richmond Hotshots (www.richmondhotshots.com) updated this manual and have it in pdf format on their web site. The Hotshots as well as TASC utilize this manual for our monthly intro class for new shooters

I never shoot with gloves, jacket, coat etc. on. Always take them off when I am the shooter for safetey and consistancy. Gloves can really be a pain in a-- when doing duties especialy brassing and taping. A couple of years ago I bought one of the "pouches" used by NFL quartebacks. Put a couple of handwarmers inside and your hands will be sweating. Very easy to do duties and when your turn to shoot just spin it around behind you out of the way

Nothing beats the Seacamp in 32 ACP.
A very close second is the North American Arms clone
Both are about the size of a pack of cigarets
Long wait for the seacamp and the NAA clone is about 1/2 the cost

The match staff will take 8 rounds of ammo from you and put it in a plastic bag along with your crono slip. At the crono srarion they will pull and weigh one of your bullets. They will then fire 3 rounds from your gun and do the calculation. if you make your declared power factor your finished. if noy yhey will fire another 3. if you still dont make the powere factor you have a choice of firing the last bullet or weighing it

Rounds or the mag hitting the bottom of the ejector is a much bigger problem than the pining issue. Probably hitting when doing a slide lock reload. this could break off the ejector. Take off the slide and file down the ejector bottom until the mags dont hit it

In 2000 Compitition Gun Works switched out a standard comped open gun with a Tribrid.
Super flat, no problems with major, ( 38super). Last year I started shooting a Major 9 6" Tribrid in a 5" STI. Super fast and flat, again no crono problems.

I was the shooter being talked about. The facts are that the swinger at rest was completely behind some barrels and not visable. This fact was announced durring the walk through.
As far as me granting myself a reshoot how does one do that??
I have allways believed on being scored on what I've shot and earned. I have called foot faults and no-shoot targets on myself that the RO missed.
If you want to call me a cheater please do it to my face not on this forum. I promise to respond.

The reason a lot of shooters prefer the JHP is that the base of the bullet is covered by the jacket and therefore you don't get nearly as much smoke as you would by the jacketless lead bullet burning. This applies to both open shooters as well as limited etc.
