You can run either by changing out the recoil springs. Lighter for minor. But the comp will be much mor efficient shooting major loads as they produce much more gas

For open it doesn't matter what base pad on the 140 MVZ

Tumbling rounds are not unsafe . Accuracy affected but not a match issue

Yes, the inner belt through the belt loops. Depending on division you are shooting will mandate where the equipment can be placed on the outer belt. The outer belt can be set up to join together in the front or the back, your choice
