You can run either by changing out the recoil springs. Lighter for minor. But the comp will be much mor efficient shooting major loads as they produce much more gas
Yes, the inner belt through the belt loops. Depending on division you are shooting will mandate where the equipment can be placed on the outer belt. The outer belt can be set up to join together in the front or the back, your choice

Our club switched all of the poppers to forward falling 3 years ago using the MGM conversions. No problems at all and no calibration issues either. Much safer
