What lb. recoil spring are you using in your 38 super, 9mm Major and 9mm Minor open guns ? I just bought my first open gun in 9 major and I don't have a load for it yet. I shot factory 9 last night but it was having trouble ejecting the case. I want to put a lighter spring but don't know what's in the gun. Can you HELP ??? Dale

I cast my own 200gr swc.

I have been running a P14 for the last year with out to many problems. On stages with a lot of steel is where maybe a few more rounds could help but as long as your plan is good 18+1 is not a killer.

I Have been using a P14 for about year in limited and it has been pretty good. There have been times more rounds would have been a little better but that hasn't been a big problem.

I saw a Venezuelan shooter get DQ'd for the same thing.

Don't care much for Tupperware. I like steel. I don't hold it against anyone, I just don't like.

I just got a new edge and 40. My old limited gun is a para P14. But someone told me it had to be the same caliber. But I didn't read it that way ,so I asked the question here.

Thanks, that is what I thought but wanted to make sure I didn't miss something in another section.

I picked up a new gun for limited and it is my only .40, I have been using a para .45. If I would need to could I use the .45 if the .40 were to break at a match?
