  1. In a perfect world... the BE2 definitely feels much better in my hands
  2. I used Hogue Extreme Series G10 grips on my Baby Desert Eagle 2 and it feels nice with my size XL hand. I also find the stock wood grips on my Stock 2 too think. For those familiar with other Tanfoglio guns do you think these grips will fit a large frame Stock 2? http://www.hoguestore.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=116_125_553 I love the Piranha G10.
  3. Had my third match in Production with this gun and loving it. Still getting used to the DA first shot, using 147gr Xtreme bullets and it shoots really soft. Will try it with 135gr next. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-78xW1Qkcss&list=UUnQWdpXD3UCtsCjvPoCuSvQ
  4. Welcome to the forums! Croatia is one of the places I would like to visit with the family someday
  5. Can the old PDR be updated with the new attachment? Saul?
  6. Welcome to the forums kabayan! This is a great place to share and learn.
  7. I'm using Redding dies on my 650 for loading 223, full length Small-Base Sizer die, Competition Seating die and Taper Crimp die. I have a Dillon Universal Decapping die on the first station to make sure it clears the flash hole before the primer station, works very well for me.
  8. Have you looked at Briley barrels? Heard they are good too. http://www.powerfactorshooting.com/Briley_Barrel_and_Bushing_Packaged_Deal_p/19112011-briley-barrel-and-bus.htm
  9. Here's my setup since I have a picture of it
  10. I feel your pain... don't get me started with the current BS in California.
  11. I second that... it was my first ever Area match and had an awesome time with old and new friends. Experience was great that my mistakes did not bother me as bad. Will definitely shoot there again. Thank you to Ken and crew for such a well ran match!
  12. Thanks for the link, I didn't see those earlier. There is a dealer close, hopefully they will have a selection of frames and the lens colors that I can look at. After reading some of the replies I'm thinking this might be the way to go, I'm just not sure I'll like the lens adapters. +1 on Flack Jacket's suggestion. I use both the adapter and the Rx Interchangeable lenses and by far the direct in frame is much better. They are ground from blanks to your prescription and comes out super clear. The ImpactX Photochromic lenses adjust to light conditions and are very tough. A bit pricey but totally worth it. Use Dancin Dan's link and code for a great deal.

Happy for you Dave... see you in a match!
  14. I have a 650 and just recently added a Super 1050 for the same reason... 9mm and 223. As al503 stated, it's the swager that gave it a go for me. Though I've yet to pick-up the conversion kit and toolhead for the 223 the time to switch calibers shouldn't be too much of a hassle for me. Planning on processing 223 brass on the 650 eventually since I have the conversion for it, it's just the thought of gunking up the casefeeder and casefeed tube with case lube that I don't like. Other than that, looking forward to loading 223 much easier.
  15. Planning on reserving a campsite at Zion for a week; drive and shoot during the day and kickback at the camp right after.
  16. Redding Small Base Full Length Sizer, Redding Competition Seater and Lee FCD.
