  4. "I went to a batchelor party...my wife was in the movie!"
  5. All the little dirt and crap stick to pieces of bounce. Smells good as well.
  6. Found the answer to #3. Questions 1-2 still stand sling needed for both long guns....though not at the same time.
  7. Which is why you give the MR before a shooter unbags. Seen an Arb once where a shooter dropped his gun while unbagging. MR is the start of the COF.
  8. And I run an 8, so there you have it...get a pack and test them out.
  9. Have one on a 930. Since the pusher assembly rides into the hand guard parallel with the ejection port, you have to mount it lower and at a slight angle. Not near as smooth as a benelli.
  10. Many Ranges in CC friendly states have areas specifically for unloading a firearm.
  11. The patent expired, but there is such a small market for someone to start making them.
  12. no longer have to take apart long guns! bought some different thickness open cell foam for about what pelican charges for their foam inserts. end result is two layers well protected. rifle, shotgun, two open handguns, bipod, 5 pistol mags, 5 AR mags and an extra SG tube all fit, and still comes in under 50 lbs! now i gotta find a way to hide a bottle of zin in there as well.
  13. Well, I have the 1984 match booklet and it clearly states the various ready conditions for single action revolvers, double action revolvers and auto pistols. Those same regs are in every one of the SC match booklets I have until I stopped shooting that sport in 2000.
  14. I know where all the primers are-with all the accurate powder!
  15. Can't believe some mod hasn't pulled the old " this is a uspsa rules discussion. There is a forum for that on the uspsa web site", then closes the discussion. Yer slacking', flex.
  16. They have been trying to disarm us since 1989! It's coming! That really is the problem in a nutshell. Blind panic started the shortage and gougers are haording/reselling to exploit the stupidity. The problem is that the media revives the panic constantly running stories on gun control, and some fools who don't understand basic government think the admin can sieze guns/ammo by issuing an executive order or signing a treaty. Until the panic stops, the hoarding/gouging will continue and shortages will be the normal mode. I think it will continue for at least a year, maybe more. If it runs a year or more, there will be scant few at matches...
  17. Ranging on the clock is not practical, so don't use that as a criteria. In our game, gimme a BDC every time.
  18. shot 121's for years...gave up finding them and ordered the 124's.
  19. ok, went to the range today to verify dope. here is proof that the reticle is on. my load is a 55 gr nosler ballistic tip loaded with AA2200 to 23.7 grains, oal is 2.247". velocity out of my 18" JP is 2,981. zero is at 200. the 300 and 400 are spot on.
