i'll be very curious about function. reason i say that is the bolt release button is also part of the shell stop assembly. that particular part is really a touchy one. tons of folks have had to play with it to work right. wondering if hanging additional weight to that part might cause an issue feeding. let us know.

Might try drilling a few holes into the side of the arredondo, add set screws and tighten onto the bolt release. Maybe dimple the release a bit for the set screws...

Having used mueller's for years, tried proraso soap. It is the shit. There is nothing quite like it. Lathers so rich with no effort...feels great on the skin. Will never go back. If you like old style shaving, do yerself a favor, get proraso soap and of course the after shave.

ok, just when i thought i'd heard of 'em all, i proved there is another way to go home early. easy stage, 12 plates with shotgun, dump unloaded shotgun in barrel (more on that later), draw handgun and proceed forward to shoot 8 paper with pistol. the shotgun needed to be completely empty since you were going downrange of the abandonment barrel. IAC, i hit the plates one for one, burn the last shell where the last plate once was, dump the shotgun, grab pistol and hose the paper. ULASC, go back to shotgun and it ain't empty. wtf? yep, last round fired, bolt locked back and empty hull is still on lifter. dairy queen, here i come. so, unloaded means not even a spent shell in the gun. never thought of it but it made sense to me. but from now on i will take that extra second and make sure that last spent round is no where in the vacinity. live and learn.

Thinking about trying tac ops. Since in open I have a secondary optic, does it have to be removed or can i just leave the cover on and not use it. Hate having to re-zero all the time.
