  1. Contact Nelson (Nemo), the new owner of SSS, at speedshooterspecialties@gmail.com for inventory questions.
  2. We normally have them for rent but I think our rental units got sold somehow We have more on order but no idea when they'll be here.
  3. No, we start a production run when the machine schedule allows it, we have numerous products that we make for us and other companies and sometimes we have to wait as well. But our stuff gets a nudge now and then.....
  4. The shooter is DQ'ed not the gun because it didn't do anything wrong. If you spend the money to travel to a big match and DQ then hopefully that will reinforce the lesson and you'll learn from it before somebody gets hurt, if you don't then your hobby just got a little more expensive for you. I know shooters that have been doing this for a number of years and have never DQ'ed but I also know a couple that have DQ'ed several times, why they keep doing the same thing over and over I'll never know but it happens. Let's not try to read too deep or interpret things that aren't there, it's been like this since the early days for a reason. I'm not saying we should never change anything but this is a safety issue and it's there to keep us from getting hurt.
  5. Started working on them today
  6. With a 130 pf load I ran a 13# spring with the TG and never had an issue.
  7. Family stuff has kept me out of the shop for the last 2 weeks but I should be able to get those running next week so hopefully it won't be long.
  8. You guys looking for springs or guide rods?
  9. Soon. We just received a shipment of tungsten so we should be running them next week.
  10. The shoot was great as always but there was waaayyy too much water, all of the competition ranges were under 10 feet of water. I'm having the weights of the guide rods checked so we can correct the website if needed.
  11. Elizabethtown? I just came back from Knob Creek Do you have one of our guide rods or did you get that info from somewhere? Reason I ask is none of the guide rods we make, stainless or tungsten, are hollow. I don't remember the exact weight but I'm pretty sure it's more than 1.3 oz.
  12. Are we talking about these? http://www.speedshooterspecialties.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=103_278_292&products_id=1308 http://www.speedshooterspecialties.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=103_278_292&products_id=1101 And that brings up another point...I'm guessing that these are legal for IDPA ESP with the ESP magwell AND are legal for USPSA Production but you can't use the ESP magwell. Am I correct? Those are the ones. And you're correct on the second point.
  13. A 140mm extension is not legal in Production but if you're looking for a replacement basepad we make one that is Aluminum and is legal for Production, it doesn't add any capacity and fits the box.
  14. That "modified gun" part is important too, you'll probably have to lighten the slide to make that work with an 11# spring.

    Sight pusher?

The MGW is the best I've worked with but it won't do the front sights on the 5" M&P's, or the Shield. We rent those out if you don't want to buy one, or you can try it before you invest in one. http://www.speedshooterspecialties.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=80&zenid=bab0f30974faed03cde58ed7d1191f04
