What is your load (ammo)? I take it a 33round glock or ets mag will not run but the smaller ones do.

I am going to recommend what I use.Not the flavor of the month. Should be available everywhere. BULLSEYE. 3.8 to 4.0 with 124/125s will do what you wont to do . accurate , meters well . second choice would be the new reformulated BULLSEYE known as Sport Pistol.

vortex and BFF3 have same mounting pattern. so good to go. the 2 adapter plates are what have me worried.

Unless you go through a custom shop the mag fed guns ar less than reliable The mags are expensive. Again custom shop . You will be in open with a mag gun. The only advantage is unloaded starts. Shoot as many different guns as you can .find the one that fits you. In my area 3 gun is falling off so only the dedicated or serious shooters are showing up at matches. #1 gun is the M2 #2 is the JM PRO (most have two one to shoot one being repaired) #3 the 1301 comp(my choice) #4 the M2 clones stoeger/Brata/etc(usually one out of 80 shooters) #5 thear is usually one or two mag fed guns out of 80 shooters.

jlow You may wont to ask this question in the PCC section. But add the intended purpose ie beyond 50yards. The uspsa guys ard loading for soft recoil up close. 3 gun guys have to shoot out to 100 yards . See the problem? Two different loads are commonly used.

Hey Jack op is shooting a MPX (look in his post) As far as oal / plunk test do you under stand the term hotdog down a hallway? The chamber and through are so large you can not hit anything.

I did a little research the 650 mag tube is one peace the tip is not replaceable. has something to do with the rotary primer system .the 650 has to "dump" the primer the other presses if you dont use it it will just cycle back .i have replaced the tip one time on my 550.(in 25 years)

no do not remove counter weight. get the tune kit . I ended up with the blue spring . double taps together and able to shoot a plate rack at 25 yards by sweeping the plates . just like using my shotgun.

my 25 year old 550 has a blue plastic tip. my 30ish SD has a plastic tip. my one year old 1050 has a blue plastic tip. so how old is your 650? could it be some aftermarket up grade you forgot you installed?

550 for load work up and odd calibers .1050 for production. Bought my 1050 a year ago best money i have spent in a long time. Most 9mm that i get has crimped primers . this was the deciding factor. 223 process on 1050 load on 550. life is good.

take a real hard look at a Dillon 550. loaded on one for over 25 years does rifile ,pistol, can be used as a bench mounted priming tool. Really hard to out grow. Dillons work horse press.

I have MBX mags ammo overall length is the key. 1.165 to 1.170 All 5 run 100%. The sps mag not so much.

The case that would have powder spilling out is still shaking ie no help.

no quarters have been used 100% , This is a JP gun. Runs 100% with original JP buffer. I am thanking the Hiperfire needs a little more stroke. A possible tolerance stacking issue.

Any body install the JP kit with a Hiperfire trigger and now have a 3% fail to reset (dead trigger ) issue?
