  1. I watched the first one and went meh. I might have to try again.
  2. Get the spr mount. I like to have option on where I place it on receiver while still being forward.
  3. Like the setup on the rear sight.
  4. You would have to have 10 or less imported parts from the batf 922r list of parts to be legal. Many will say to ignore it... I won't. I was looking at one but can't find how many parts we'd have to replace or any one who makes us made parts. You can get US made parts for benelli m1,m2 and Stoeger M3K,M3000. None of this applies to Versamax since it's US made.
  5. Oakley Flak Jackets or Oakley Half Jackets.
  6. A lead slug shouldn't hurt a modified steel choke. It might lead up some.
  7. I had some guys let me finish some stages with them awhile back and I shot what I had with me. A M&P9. These guys were even nice enough to give me enough ammo to finish with them. I'm going back to enter the next time they have one. Super folks.
  8. I like 5" 1911s best although I do have a 4" also. When carried inside the waistband the 5" digs into my hip less. In polymer guns I'm ok with 4.5" or so. I did have a 3.5" at one time that I could live with cause I carried it in a full size iwb holster. If you are carrying owb then it doesn't much matter on comfort get what you shoot the best.
  9. I got the Uncle Mike's to start. Still waiting for the first match.
  10. You think those are still good for a carry gun?
  11. These? https://dawsonprecision.com/copy-of-dawson-precision-glock-adjustable-sight-set-black-rear-black-front/
  12. What bbl do you guys think is the best aftermarket bbl for lead.
  13. I found the parts list and schematic. I don't think I would ever find enough US Parts to make it a go. glazer, are you refering to 922r compliance? what mods are planning that will put you over? Yes. The extended Mag tube.
  14. I found the parts list and schematic. I don't think I would ever find enough US Parts to make it a go.
  15. Because these guns were not made for the minority of competition shooters, they were made predominantly for hunters and defense. And what hunter or defense shooter wouldn't want a gun with less muzzle flip? Mossberg has done us a favor and produced a 24" non-ported barrel and is in the process of producing a out-of-the-box Competition ready gun with a non-ported barrel. It's just not moving as fast as some of us would like. Myself included. I'm one who doesn't like porting. I refuse to buy a ported anything. Hunting and defense is all I have bought for so far. That might change soon.
  16. Does anyone know where we can get a schematic. Be interested in seeing if I could find enough US parts for compliance.
  17. I didn't mean cutting the bbl. on the 26". By conversion I meant the extension, etc.
  18. I didn't have the Bomar but the fixed rear site on mine was tight. It took some pretty good whacks to come loose. I too would remove the Series II parts from the slide while I had it off. No need to take anything out of the frame of the gun unless you just want to.
  19. Cheapest way to ship a pistol frame without using a FFL would be UPS Next Day Air Saver.
