  1. While it may not be necessary, I can't think of any good reason NOT to use it.
  2. Just found a great price on Berry's 147gr plated bullets so I'm going to go with those instead of black bullets. I'll try TG, Solo, and maybe grab some N320 as well. Thanks guys.
  3. Fiocchi Aero slugs from Midway USA. Around $7.99 for a box of 10 and they're accurate from my gun. Can't beat that.
  4. I was going to try 147gr Precision bullets in my M&P 9 Pro. I called and emailed them to check on availability and haven't heard a thing. Montana Gold it is I guess.
  5. In no particular order . . . Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon Between the Buried and Me - Colors Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin II Cake - Prolonging the Magic As I Lay Dying - Frail Words Collapse
  6. I have a S&W M&P 9 Pro that needs a production load worked up for it. I think I'm going to try 147gr Precision Bullets black bullets. The powders I have on hand are HS-6, Titegroup, WSF, Solo 1000, N340, and Clays. Thoughts?
  7. Use rifle powder for rifle ammo and pistol powder for pistol ammo.
  8. Just stick with the longer tube. You probably don't even need to plug it for lower capacity matches. Just make sure you don't load more than you're allowed to. You can HAVE all the capacity you want, as long as you don't use more than you're allowed to.
  9. I just have a digital with a set of check weights. No worries.
  10. The milling is certainly interesting . . .
  11. Soccer? This was a baseball game . . .
  12. Not quite long enough. I'm thinking I may just have to carry two separate bags, or build a cart from a stroller.
  13. I'm striking out trying to find a soft case that will hold my AR and my shotgun. The shotgun has a +8 Nordic extension and has an overall length of almost 52". Anyone know of anything?

  15. I'm ready for the challenge. I just want to get 3-4 more magazines put together and tested before the match.
  16. It's going to be fun You'll be fine. Just bring a LOT of mags and ammo.
  17. There was two on one stage last year. As far as I'm concerned, put all four stars on one stage and let's do this.
  18. You will probably find that moving to open at first will be a challenge....It's takes a bit to get used to finding the dot. Just do lots of draws, till you can find the dot quickly (I.E., till you find your dot index, so to speak). Using one of the 90 degree mounts is a HUGE help in making the transition as smooth as possible.
  19. Was it layed out in the sun? Edit to add: Having old threads with valuable info in them and bringing them back up is not a crime. That's why they don't get deleted. Nope - cloudy 55 degree day. I'm totally at a loss. It's a used C-More on a used gun, who knows the history or how long it hasn't held a zero . . .
  20. L10 addresses practical for those guns that don't neatly fall into Production, or Limited, or to an extent Singlestack. It serves a purpose as a place where folks with oddball guns can play with what they brung or own..... What guns fall in between these divisions? Hi cap .45s like the Paras or 2011s in .45. Glock 21. Glock 35 without mag extensions. Just to name a new.
