  1. Been paying $23 and change at Grafs & Sons for a while now for CCI primers. Figure when were back below $20 it'll be time to resupply
  2. I'll jump in here and wait for more info also, as were just starting on this project myself. Have things roughed in, now need to make some stand offs to position the motor

  4. When I was buying cast bullets John was my go to guy also, Great guy and was always able to catch him at the livestock auction so there was no shipping

  10. It’s been a few decades from my last swap but IIRC you only need the anvil, cup, tube and two allen wrenches (one for the 3 socket head cap screws and another for the set screw that retains the anvil). Great, guess I'll tack that on to my next order
  11. So do I pick up a whole priming assembly or just a primer slide and magazine tube to swap from small to large primers

  15. Your FFL distributor is a waste of time , primers are there to be had. Why new brass ? Here's a little help with primers if you have a cell phone, set up a e/m just for primers,go to Midways site put in for product notification to that e/m. Works great I was able to keep 10 of us supplied with primers that way last year
  16. It's hard to believe people are still waiting on primers,Have been able to purchase Federal,Winchester,CCI,PMC,Magtec and wolf pretty much all along here in MO.usally no choice to what you got but atleast there were primers
  17. Guess I'll look at swapping eveything over to the failsafe style
  18. I like lead for the cost saving plus thats the only thing the MarkV serves me
  19. My original powder measure set up doesn't have the fail safe linkage, picked up a couple more measures that are set up for the fail safe. Should I up date everything and use the fail safe set up or convert the 2 new measure back to spring return ?
  20. So I guess it wouldn't hurt to make an extra brass rod and countersink the center
  21. I picked one up second hand, they are real easy to adjust
