I've heard that argument and think it's bogus. None of those short mag .40-.45 cal guns are "competitive" in Production. So no guns will be made obsolete that aren't obsolete already. i agree with this, in the past 3 years the top 16 i beat you wont find more than 2 that didnt use a 9mm, i think everybody in the top 16 used a 9mm this year at nationals, i would beat that all but 1 in the top 50 used a 9mm, so the capacity think is moot at this point

i use prescription glasses and i have rudy's and wiley x, the rudys are nice but expensive i have the insert so i can use multiple lenses they cost around 240 for just the insert plus the cost of the glasses, the wiley's cost 80 for the whole glasses since then i bought a clear and shaded set of glasses, i use the rudy's for shooting because of the cost i put into them

on classifier 99-08 melody line, a shooter get up shoots 2 on T1 and then one on T2-T6 before the reload and after the reload he fires from the right T6-T2 one shot on all of them and then he quits shooting what is the proper call. thanks i called it one procedural for the extra shot and that was it because you have to score the targets independently from where the shooter shot from what i remember in the ro class i took

Yes - if the trigger is exposed and compeitior is holding / trapping gun - it is handling outside course of fire...DQ Probably been covered here somewhere - there is NROI ruling regarding this situation That begs the question of what happens if the shooter is just standing there and someone else hits their gun (somehow) and causes it to wind up in the same position...the shooter never touched it, and we're going to DQ them for unsafe gun handling? trapping the gun is the problem not knocking it out of the holster

or that he has already shot some stages and there is no way to tell if he gained a signifigant advantage so you have to bump him to open

i counted 20 extra shots on the steel, are you looking at the steel or your front sight? this tells me you are also maybe looking at the targets when shooting them also and not the sight

i think you guys are looking at the extra power firing pin spring wrong, if you see what it does all it does is hold the firing pin back from striking the primers, now if you want more power to hit the primer you reduce the spring weight, say the stock one is 100 lbs and the extra power is 70 lbs it would have more power on the firing pin with the lighter weight spring
