  1. Yeah, I have a friend who would want to know that too.
  2. I believe there are a few top shooters who are like that. You can either tilt your head to use your dominant eye or learn to aim with your weak eye (some put frosted scotch tape over their dominant eye on their shooting glasses). I know a couple of shooters who have done one or the other and have been successful with either.
  3. That's a bangin' 9 major blizout.
  4. Not a fan of 6" pistols, but there are some nice ones on this thread!
  5. I need to keep this form for when my daughters grow up.
  6. +1 on practice...you'll eventually do what is the most comfortable for you.
  7. Cooter, try holding the gun firmer with your weak hand (70%) and lighter with your strong hand. (30%). Then pull the trigger steadily until it breaks. See if that helps.
  8. Unfortunately, I've had the same experience with my local UPS Store.
  9. For the El Prez, it looks like you slow down a lot on your reload to the next shot. Also, your shot splits and your target transitions can be a fraction faster. You can easily save .5 off your time with a 1 second reload. Faster target transitions would obviously save you even more time.
  10. Start running and cycling more. It should help your overall leg strength in preparation for adding more weight to your curls. Lunges should help as well.
  11. Any sandpaper like grip works the best.
  12. I don't know what specific class level this would be true, but as your skills progress, the type of gun/division does not matter much. It may take a few rounds to get used to a new gun, but the shooting principles stay the same. Once at that level, your times and scores on a stage will be comparable across all divisions. Shooting different guns breaks the monotony and alleviates burning out. Have fun and shoot what you got.
  13. Usually, the blinking stops the more rounds you shoot. Just keep shooting until the process becomes secondary and calling your shots becomes your focus. Just my 2 cents.
  14. Whatever fits your hand and functions everytime you shoot it, is the hot ticket.
