I put a stud about a inch back from where the stock meets the receiver, its about a 1/2" thick there, works good How long have you had it like that? Have you tryed running with it slung over your back? Did you use that point as the forward point ? or was it a single point attachment? did you put a nut and washer on the out side / right side to hold the stud? Its only ben a week since the mod. I haven't shot a rifle with it slung only a pistol, it wasn't bad, it can be used as a single or two point attachment, I use it as two point, I would think across the back is better if you are forced to shoot the rifle, as far attaching it I just pre-drilled and screwed the stud in with some gorilla glue, the stock has to be off the gun to get the proper measurement to cut the stud to length, here's a pic, hope this helps

I'v tried Remington reduced recoil, not good, the Winchester Ranger's are better, now I use Brenneke K.O.'s, very accurate, and only $4.00 abox from Able Ammo

Eberlestock GunslingerII, I just received mine from Velocity Shooter, this pack is nice, carry's the weight very nicely, can be adjusted to fit anyone, not to big, just right

I take a back up even to are local matchs, our last a buddys gun went auto on him, he didn't have a back up so he shot the the rest of the match mine

This is just what I needed, I did both and what a difference, it will save me a ton of time

NF, my buddy has 3 hunting scopes and they are bad to the bone, I have the NXS 1x4 and wouldn't trade it for anything

More like a 100% chance! I use the cheap walmart Federal, either 71/2 or 8 depending on what they have. For slugs I use Brenneke reduced recoil. Most slugs come in a reduced recoil version and I reccomend them as full power will beat you up if there is a long slug stage. Where did you find Brenneke, reduced recoil slugs? Another vote for Labs and Boxers, I could only afford one so I got the best of both, great with kids, looks a little like a pit, has a great bark, I think she will protect if it came down to it

I like the physical side also, I wish it would be more physical, it has helped my get in better shape and motivated me, and by know means do I have a advantage, I'm 43, 5'4" and 219lbs, thats fat, but I'm pretty fast for my size and flexible, were supposed to be competing with our selves anyway.
