That compact I just got didn't get you thinking did it ? NF is one bad a$$ optic, and that reticle is perfect, they didn't offer it in the 1x4 model just remember that the lit reticle is not daylight visible, but I don't find that to be a problem

I have my NF 1x4 now and love it, the reticle is fast and easy to use, you can't see it lit in bright daylight tho, I new this before I got it and did not see a problem with it, the glass is awesome and the scope it tough as nails.I'm new to this game and haven't tried everything out there like some of these other 3 gunners. But I do know that if you buy a NF 1x4 you won't be disappointed

My reticle has a 2 moa dot in a 10 moa circle, so if I draw 2" dot in a 10" circle everything should line up perfect, right? My Q is can I just add 1" to the size of the circle and dot every 100yrd's and have the picture still look right, I'm thinking this will the best way to zero my scope. so the 200 will be a 3" dot with a 11" circle, 300 would be 4" and 12", is this right?

Does anyone make a mag release for lefty's ?, to index with there trigger finger, I looked at the stag rifles and even the left hand models aren't like that

My weak hand has most of my thumb and the first digit of my trigger finger gone, I put a short trigger in it and have no problems, but the transition is slow, don't want to drop it. It can be done

You made a great choice though. I got a chance to look through a NF recently and it was very crisp and clear. Don't forget to grace us with a photo of it on your rifle.

I just got off the phone with Connie from NF, she said that the 1x4 is completely made in USA, the only thing coming from overseas was the Glass (Japan), some of the bigger scope bodies come from Japan, but not for much longer, I am relieved and completely satisfied this is the truth and will try to patiently wait on my scope the come in. I should have went to the source first, I didn't mean to start anything or spread a bad light on NF, Joseph Jones

Not all of the scopes on there site say Made in USA, but the one I want does, I have heard that the best glass comes from Japan and Germany, I don't care about that, I just try to avoid china stuff if possible.

I was told that NF is getting some or alot of their components from China, is there any truth to this? that would be a deal breaker for me, my scope is on back order and my card has not ben charged yet.

It doesn't sound like the match was the problem, some safety rules were broken, it happens all the time, nobody is perfect, the problem lye's with DQ's not being issued
