Memorial Day Weekend Matches

Recommended Posts

This is just a heads up to let everyone in our area know that Old Bridge (OBCATS) will be holding our regular blast fest this Sunday. We recognize and score all 5 full divisions as well as the PSSD. Got gun? Need match? Well, we're here and will be ready for you.

Set-up starts at 0800, that's 8'o'clock in the AM.

Sign-in starts as soon as my stage is built, usually by about 0930 or half-past nie inthe morning

We really do try to shoot he first shot at 1000, or 10'o'clock

We'd really appreciate it if you all would hang out when you're done shooting and help tear down and put away, we have family to get home to as well and your assistance helps us get our families to let us out to put on these matches for you.

So, see you all, or at least some of you all, on the range on Sunday.

While you're thinking of Memorial Day, take a couple minutes and thank a veteran for his or her sacrifices. If it were not for them, we wouldn't be here.

Jim

We will be having one at Livingston Gun Club in Brighton Michigan Sunday at 9:30am with registration starting at 8:00am. We are recycling 4 of the World Shoot Qualifier stages and adding 2 more just for kicks. Go to livingstongunclub.org for match info under the pdf calendar (and to get directions).

Might be a bit far for most of ya... but....

Intro to 3 gun match, Augusta,ME (Maine) at the Capitol City Rifle and Pistol club.

http://www.capitolcityrpc.org/

Saturday May 26 we are holding a USPSA/ IPSC clinic match at Capitol City in Augusta, ME. Safety meeting starting at 8:30.

It will feature 4 or 5 stages that can all be shot with a pistol, including one classifer stage. We will also feature a 3 gun match with a couple pistol, one Rifle, one shotgun and one multigun stages.

Then afterwards we will do some man on man competition for fun, so you can challenge your friends.

Experienced shooters are welcome to just shoot the match and anyone wanting to learn about the sport or pick our brains can take the clinic.

Any questions you can contact Paul Mitchell , northernxtreme@hotmail.com

We're having a shooting-fest weekend in the Atlanta (GA) area. River Bend Gun Club is hosting their monthly USPSA match this Saturday, with Cool Springs Gun Club holding their's on Sunday.

And of course, Monday is set aside for 'recovery'.
