  1. April 11- 15, 2012. Is that the earliest that 3G Nats has ever been held? Starting the year (1 major match before it) with Nats seems a bit odd. I feel for my New England brothers who will be practicing for this in this snow.
  2. The only animals that will love you more then they love themselves. So sorry for your loss.
  3. I am going to go with " no" unless you have priority boarding. With all the new checked bag fees EVERYONE is trying to cram 30# of crap in 10# bags. You will not believe what folks are trying to do now. I fly every 6 week from west coast to East coast and back, and even if you get it up there in a bin, folks will try to jam other bags over and under it. If you are past zone 2 for seating...i wouldn't try it.
  4. +1 Plus the additional.. Your flight lands in Boise and your rifle, shotgun and pistol land in Denver.
  5. Check out the Harvard Sportsmen Club, right in your neck of the woods.
  6. Ok.. I have to say it... it is Friday after all.. Quit shooting it gansta style!
  7. Im down 20 lbs in about 3 months doing crossfit. Lost 10 of that the last 4 weeks after switching to Paleo for a little in-gym challenge we are doing. +100 Crossfit will make you do things you currently hate to do when working out. If you are serious about changing, go find a box, do a week trial for free and see if the environment is for you. If you are honest with yourself and stick with it, you will see the same results as these guys have posted here. "You have to get comfortable with being uncomfortable"
  8. So I see a dremel tool in the lower left right of your pic but you haven't undercut that trigger guard yet? FAIL! I say!!
  9. They will. I was there for the 3G nats last year. Hours of availability are funky (9 - 4?) and yeah, the is a fee.
  10. Old Thread update. Just got off the phone with them. Atlanta Arms no longer produces the 355 Super.
  11. +1. Shooting open can be as much science as shooting. You have to know your numbers ( draws, splits, transitions, movement) if you really want to progress.
  12. What ever you do... Don't mix brass with nickel in your mags. Either all nickel or the first one nickel, then all brass. You can get away with ending on nickel... But you are pushing you luck. Bad juju.... Baaaaad juju.
  13. Uh. That's got to be a bummer for a lot of folks. Which again is why we wait for 10.7.1
  14. What is the match you are going to? Avg distance of shots? Longest shots you have to take? Number of total rifle shots? You might want some flexibility in what you put on your rifle depending on where you are shooting.
  15. A June bug? what were you reloading? 50 BMG? One of these? Those things in Maine would damn near rip you off a motorcycle if you get hit with one. or were these getting in your cases?
  16. That was funny.. BOOM.. Ow! BOOM BOOM OWWW! BOOM What the heck OWWW!!
  17. What good is it to get the first one if it just ends up sitting in the safe where your Saiga spent it's life ? oh this is getting good..
  18. It does sound very interesting with a lot of new features as well as advances to existing features. However, like you, I always wait until the .1 "update" comes out. 10.7.1 I am there. Right now, I sit on the sidelines.
  19. Two things.. 1. You are going to want to undercut that trigger guard. 2. Get a slide racker, grabbing the back of that cmore gets old quick! 3.. oh yeah... neat paint job.
  20. Give me your mailing address and I'll give you mine and send you $20 for shipping and trouble and take the offensive article off your hands as a service. Give ME your mailing address and I will send you $20 for shipping and include a case of that garbage American beer.
  21. I've done that with swingers. This was done at the Harvard club at a sectional match a few years ago, a stage by GT targets. Cross poppers with paper out and backs and a few static steel. Awesome stage, a ton of people tried to push their skills by hitting both poppers first, then snag both of the out and back targets. Not all accomplished what they hoped for.
