71Commander Posted December 22, 2021 Share Posted December 22, 2021 Bought a Holosun 515GM-GR. Was sent a 515CM-GR. (solar). Installed the battery and nothing. Didn't power up. Replaced the battery. Nothing. Arranged for return and exchange. Was sent the correct model (Has battery access on side under cap) Installed battery and turned on. Nothing. Wouldn't power up. Sent it back. Changed battery. Nothing Am I doing something wrong? Is there a super duper hidden master switch on these things? I really want this dot. Considering looking for a used one on ebay. I put one in a holosun upside down once, but the solar power still ran it until I figured out the problem. AHI Posted December 22, 2021 Share Posted December 22, 2021 (edited) Push the up button several times. Make sure the battery has - up and+ down. Test the battery .
