Julien Boit
I hope too ! I think that nobody would take that "nickname" unless he is the real TGO... This forum gets better everyday ! DVC Julien :-)
Singlestack
If it is not "HIM", I hope it is a joke. I noticed that there is nothing in the profile. I wish that at least a persons location was required in the profile.
TDean
I'm sure BE can shed some light on this. I'm leaning towards hoax. Do you think he would refer to himself as "The Great One"?
Singlestack
TDean, My thoughts exactly.

Shooter Grrl
I've spent WAY too much time with the site open this morning in the hopes that TGO will post so we can figure it out ;-)
ErikW
Maybe it's "Three Gun Oscar" or something.
benos
Allright, it was me. I was really trying to entice him to post, especially after the trashing of Springfield Armory post. So, just to make it easy, I logged him in. Unfortunately, he's crazy busy right now, with only one more day before some hectic road time. On the phone, he commented - "I'm just too busy to do this right now, but if I do, there will have to be a "requirement." I'll post a (shooting) test; you take it to the range and have a friend verify that you could indeed accomplish "the test." If you can do that, then I'll talk to you. If you can't, then you'd better go and practice"!! Any takers? be

Shooter Grrl
Heck yes I'd try to pass his test. Just make sure you have someone else to REALLY do it :-) Tell him we're up to the challenge and bring it on - and then post it and we'll all go do it! Someone has to be able to do it! midvalleyshooter
OK, I will run the test as a stage at one of our matchs. Hey this could be the TGO postal/e-mail match:) Keith

Nik Habicht
I'll answer for myself with my standard response to the R.O.s query: "Does the shooter understand the course of fire?" "Yeah, I'm pretty sure I've figured out how to really screw this up..... "
Flexmoney
Nik, Actually, I haven't been shooting much. No local matches in the winter here. I need a good goal though.
Bill
Flex, Your goal could be to beat a revolver. Bill
Singlestack
I'll shoot the "test" like TGO would. With a Springfield Singlestack!
benos
OK, I was trying to encourage The Great One to post regarding actually improving your skill - he said, "That's no fun, I just want to argue with somebody." Shooter Grrl
Tell The Great One that this is the "kinder, gentler" place for shooters and if he wants to argue with someone go to glocktalk.com or the unnofficial IPSC List (Pretend there's one of TDEans cute icons here - I can't figure out he does that!) Detlef
I think in his 3 posts thus far Rob has mentioned the word *practice* more often than myself and many others in our several 100 posts. There's gotta be a lesson to learn from this, if I could just figure it out?!?! --Detlef
