regor
One of my shooting buddies convinced me that I should get one of CGW's 10x bushings for my SP-01 tactical suppressor ready to get the most out of it accuracy wise, but when I went to buy one I noticed that the description says: Quote Only works with the standard 4.7″ barrel, will not work with any extended or threaded barrels Why is this? Are the threaded barrels just slightly thicker so it does not have the play to tilt? It doesn't really make sense to me why the longer barrel would cause issues. Do any other companies make bushings that do work with threaded barreled SP-01s?
WhiteDingo
Offhand, it might be possible that the extended barrel won't be able to drop in the slide with the tighter fit bushing. The 10X bushing does make seating the barrel in the slide fully more of an exercise with some slides.

Hadn't thought about that, that makes a lot of sense though since the barrel is at a much steeper angle then than during normal cycling.
GMP
I had to fit mine just enough to get the std barrel in my S2 slide with some gymnastics. Longer barrel forget it.
Red_Dot
Like others have said, brand new there is a RCH amount of clearance to get the barrel to seat. Even an additional .100” longer barrel and it probably wouldn’t clear
regor
Looks like the CZ Custom Accu bushing service would work, but that's not self-serve like the 10X bushing.

ultimase
I believe there was an option to machine the threaded barrel down to get it to work with the bushing. You'll likely have to contact cjw directly to discuss.
