Lead or Moly Coated Bullets

Guess you're shooting these in a 9mm Minor (PF130 or so?)

You shouldn't have any trouble with these leading, or smoking,

unless you try to get the velocity up too high.

If you were shooting LEAD bullets, then you can run into some

leading problems in your gun and body.

If you run comp/brake, it might foul it up with lead. I shoot WWB through my 9mm JP and after 150-200 rounds the brake is caked with lead. I have to use a brass chisel to clean and remove the lead fouling. Something to think about.

I do run a Surefire ProComp opened up for 9mm, good to know. Thank you!

running 125 grain BBI's in my 9mm build. no issues with leading so far in the AR or any of my other guns with the new Hi-tek coating. well, there's the chicken shit scented smoke from the bullets, but thats another issue :goof:
