johnbu
Just transfer your strut and use the pins. Your T3 is the new interruptor. Take a pic to ensure the strut orientation is right. Polishing is a great help. Make the plunger assembly that lifts the trigger bar shine...including the INSIDE of the head and the hole it goes in. Get hennings spring kit for it too. Same with the hammer spring strut and its hole in the frame. Edited November 28, 2015 by johnbu

That's the right hammer, you don't need the whole sear block. I'd buy from last round armament if I were you. Grauffel ships from france
Dr Mitch
All you need is to polish up everything, then replace the trigger plunger spring, hammer spring, and firing pin spring. Install the lightened firing pin. Test firing pin block, order and fit new block if necessary. Finished.
Beastly
Save the T3 for last, AFTER you have everything else running the way you like it.

smr32767
Is reduced pre travel on the SA the only benefit to the T3 disco? Or does it help with something else? What surfaces do you have to work to fit the T3?
Beastly
If you fit it just right you can also make the plunger safety not 100% when it was before. There is a thread around here somewhere with pics.
Malarkey
I just posted this in a thread, this is what I have done to my stock 2. Lighter Springs-Hammer Spring(Xtreme), Firing Pin Spring(Xtreme), 8 or 9lb Recoil Spring(wolf) Reduced Power Trigger Return Spring (CGW) Trigger Bar Plunger Spring(Favorite Clicky Pen) Xtreme Firing Pin Safety Spring Xtreme Firing Pin Safety Floating Trigger Spring Pin (CGW) Type 3 Disconnector (CGW) Titan Hammer or Extreme Delta Hammer both are very nice Xtreme Front Sight(2.5mm X 5.50mm origional height but slightly thinner)-Green is my preference Xtreme Guide Rod Henning Firing Pin preferred(2.62in in length) Xtreme(2nd best 2.60in in length) Henning Grips or Shooting Sports Innovations Grips Polish the trigger bar with a dremel and polishing wheel, polish the interior of the frame that the bar rides against. T3 disco will need to be fitted with a diamond file or a diamond dremel bit. The pin hole will also need to be widened to accept the bigger hammer pin. waktasz
I use a CGW CZ firing pin spring as the plunger spring. The Henning ones are heavier than necessary for reliability and the pens springs are the opposite.

I've been running 100% with a 13 lb spring, with 2 coils cut and Federal primers.
shooterclay
Do all the tanfoglio's have the same sear/trigger mech.?
waktasz
The single action ones are different (not by much) and some come with a 2 piece sear but as far as I know all of the current ones out there are the same. vixty
i havent measured the two but some say the tanfo spring is softer than the CGW one.
johnbu
i havent measured the two but some say the tanfo spring is softer than the CGW one. I found no appreciable difference. So I thermally relieved a trs and took nearly a pound off the trigger! Yea! Except.... The sear spring was able to hold the trigger from returning. So about every 2nd or 3rd round the trigger needed to be manually pushed forward. Whoops . Factory spring back in. Reliability near 100.000% is more important (to me) than the ultimate light trigger.
