P.E. Kelley
53 and by all appearances a tough hombre' God must have really needed a holster maker. I am saddened by this and encourage all to live each day as well as you can. Patrick

cheryl
Hearing this is not making me feel real good about knee replacement surgery on July 8. Praying for his family.
Neomet
How terribly sad. I had talked to Rick several times and the wife runs one of his holsters. Hell of a nice guy and a true craftsman. As Patrick said this is an acute reminder that life is as ephemeral as foam on the ocean. Treasure every second we have.

SinistralRifleman
Very sad and shocking news. I talked to Rick at the 2013 Ironman and he was in a knee brace then and mentioned how he was looking forward to being more active after his knee surgery. RIP. theblacknight
I hope someone close to him is doing a spot for Front Sight. He talked with me for 20mins over the phone about a month ago over a design for something belt gear related at odd hours of the night.
