am building a AR rifle and read somewhere, when doing a search about stocks, that someone recommended getting a A1 stock over the A2, if your not into the "tactcool" look! I do have long arms and didn't want something short. What is the difference between the A1 and A2 stocks? thanks

I live in Calif. and own a SV that I bought 14 yrs ago. But I wanted to try a steel frame gun. Bought a Para with the PXT extractor and SA magwell, had a 2 lb. trigger job done on it with tool steel parts and had the mag catch welded at a muffler shop, fitted it myself and using my SV mags. The gun shoots with a stock barrel and bushing easily a 2" or less at 25 yds. 180gr, OAL 1.175 with 4.5 TG. The deal with the L10 idea is that, would you think here in Calif, there would be alot of shooters doing it and even more so with new guys coming into the sport but its not TRUE!!!!!! Most make their way into Limited or Open! Get a Para make the S_I mags work, in case, you do get a S_I, in the future and enjoy the sport.

I shot a Man vs Man event yesterday on a falling plate rack. I didnt get drop out until my third time up. But I KNEW, I was just watching the plates and not the front sight! I knew it and I even told myself as I was waiting for my next turn up and told a friend of mine too. Sure enough when my turn came up and started to shoot, I caught myself staring at the bullets hits on the plate. I deserved to get beat! As I drove home I couldn't help but wonder as to why...why is it so diffucult to bring your focus every time back to the front sight when shooting the shot? We get lazy and stare downrange. Seems like a curse for me, not overcoming but trusting yourself to just look at the front sight. thanks

Looking for advice on a purchase. Am locked into getting a Sig 220 and came across a LW frame SAO/4.4 barrel P220 or should I get a steel frame P220 DA/SA model. I wanted this for CDP division. With trigger work from Grays guns, I can live with the DA/SA model meaning if the steel frame gun would be a better purchase. But since alot of gun are polymer frame, the LW model with the SAO wouldn't be a disadvantage either. any thoughts would be helpful! thanks

am thinking about one of these two guns the 5" Super Match P220 or the P220 SAO 4.4" gun for CDP. I like them both but can only get one. The Super Match, I can see is going to be a problem getting a holster for it. any thoughts? thanks

does anyone have a Glock 21 wtih the 1913 rail and ifso, what holster are you using? I just got one and can not find a holster for it only for the Glock rail frame gun. any help would be appreicated. thanks

I just bought a used Para 40, with a SA magwell. I have a SV but always wanted a steel frame Limited gun. Getting some trigger done to it now but I think it will work out very well. BTW...just modified the mag catch to work with the SV mags I already have! Saved alot of money

I just bought a Sig P220 SA only model. The salesman told me very hard to find. It has a safety like a 1911, I was thinking of using it in CDP. Has anyone else used one or have one? thanks

knowing how soft a 230 FMJ with Clays shoots, I wanted something with a alittle more snap or punch to feel more like a 40 cal. Has anyone here try 200 FMJ with TG powder in CDP. Would like to hear some thoughts. thanks
