They used to have a post about the Bull Shadow 2 available from CZC being prod/co legal. It said if you bought it from them directly it was not legal, but if you sent them an S2 frame and they built it into a BS2 that is 100% identical to what you buy from them, then that was legal. I sent them an email asking questions and the next day it was removed.

Side note but still on the stacking subject: The proposed rule change for stacked shots 9.4.5.3 is going to change the number of penalties one would get for stacked shots. Previously it was one penalty for each incorrectly engaged target given the commentary on NROI blog posts about VC (ignoring the what the rules actually say path we've now gone down) Proposed is on penalty for each saved transition. There will always be one less transition than targets engaged. Example: WSB says "Engage T1-T2 with only two shots each, perform mandatory reload, engage T1-T2 with two shots only. ". Shooter shoots 4 at T1, reloads and shoots 4 at T2, much like the El Prez example in this thread. Old rule would have two penalties as both T1 and T2 were incorrectly engaged. But the proposed rule would have only one penalty since there is only one transition saved, that going from T1 to T2 (or vice versa) Better yet, only a single target with 6, reload, 6 WSB. Dump 12 rounds then reload at the end is no penalty under the proposed rule since no transition. Can we just drop VC now and tweak Fixed Time?

While I hate VC, I do like that is tests a few things. First, one's reading comprehension since many don't read the WSB let alone understand it. Second, it tests cognitive ability under the tiny bit of stress from the buzzer. A lot of folks are habitually pulling the trigger and do makeup shots and/or spraying and praying.

I am starting to agree that it should apply for the one shot since the point where the reload was required was after the 6th shot 10.2.4 A competitor who fails to comply with a mandatory reload will incur one procedural penalty for each shot fired after the point where the reload was required until a reload is performed. Or was that point after the 2nd shot on the third target? If the shooter shot 3, 2, 2 reload 1, 2, 2 then would it be the same situation? I don't think it would be because the shooter did reload after all targets were engaged twice.

CZ75 TTI +4 Extensions Breakage and Wear -- Anyone else seen this?
broadside72 replied to VeilAndrew's topic in CZ
I just replaced my TTI with Hennings as I found that the two TTI on my primary mags are cracking/bending at the point noted in above posts. The new Hennings are much much thicker at that spot. -
With a good grip how can you even get your finger to react to resetting during the recoil phase? The gun cycles and settles so fast on a properly tuned gun with a good grip I can't see the mind thinking about it and the body reacting to it faster than the gun is ready and then prepping on top of that.

For our level 1's the builder/designer names it. For out L2's, we pick a theme and as a group of designers come up with names that fit

I mentioned nothing about the trigger quality

The grip shape of the SP01 and S2 are different but even in my large hands, my SP01 feels good, just different from my S2. My SP01 has CGW pro package I installed, black mainspring, yellow recoil spring. Runs great, just loctite the safety adjustment screw and maintain the trigger shoe adjustment screws. And get the safety version, not the decocker (tactical) version, but that is just my opinion. The short reset in an SP01 is one thing, but the reduced reach and old style trigger is also a nice feature I would recommend.

You are asking about Carry Optics in USPSA. You don't use the safety. Gun starts hammer down.

Fondled the DWX at SHOT. The thumb safety in the demo model was pretty light to engage/disengage. I think I prefer the slightly stiffer safety on the 1911 I have for carry.

I emailed Troy about this when my two guns were a P10F with SRO and a BullShadow2 with SRO. One is striker fired, light and transitions really fast but has more perceived recoil and the other is heavy with little recoil and a crisp SA and nice DA. He said they both fit the division rules and it would be no big deal He did comment about it being more of an issue in Open where you could go from optics to irons, etc. if the next stage benefited from irons for example.

P10 mags are too wide for the frame of the 75 series. The 75's are too short in the P10F as far as I could tell. I have both guns and checked, could have saved a ton of $$ had they been interchangeable
