  1. Here is a link to their online manual. Pretty much give a run through of everything, including installing sensors. https://s3.amazonaws.com/ips-cic-filestore/k281228/monthly_2018_08/187328531_Mark71050AutodriveUserManual9.1_pdf.df6c3d42a7d361870f3d05d0e91098cd?X-Amz-Algorithm=AWS4-HMAC-SHA256&X-Amz-Content-Sha256=UNSIGNED-PAYLOAD&X-Amz-Credential=AKIAJH5OMGYAZPPUKEBQ/20200122/us-east-1/s3/aws4_request&X-Amz-Date=20200122T223215Z&X-Amz-Expires=1200&X-Amz-SignedHeaders=host&response-content-disposition=attachment; filename*=UTF-8''187328531_Mark71050AutodriveUserManual9.1.pdf&response-content-type=application/pdf;charset=UTF-8&X-Amz-Signature=e300e9f1bdd48d9c041626ab58a15dc374fb5430579902ebd0d3dcc15e0d1cd9
  2. Personally I’ve had nothing but issues with the decap sensor. 1-2 false positives per 100 is tedious. Eventually I just turned it off and rely upon the swage sensor. the bullet sensor and swage sensor are what I usually have on. I have the decap and low primer sensors that I usually don’t have activated.
  3. Didn’t take me more than an hour to get up and running. Everything is pretty straight forward. All the sensors come with directions.
  4. I have The sig armorer trigger. After using the GG trigger for the last 2 years, I am going to use TSA this year. The total trigger travel is much less, as well as reducing the creep. It’s definitely better, but it’s not worlds better.
  5. I tried that and it wasn't very effective. I'm pretty sure my problem is build up at the ledge that is in the channel. Jamming a QTip in there doesn't seem to get that clean enough. I think my main problem is that the PP doesn't work well with winchester primers. Problem is, I have at least 100k stockpiled. What brand primers do you use?
  6. I’ve tried to get in touch with Grams a couple times. Never gotten a response back. You are better off buying for a distributor.
  7. Ran another 6500 rounds today. Started with a clean primer pro. Slowly but surely it would take longer and longer to fill the tube, until it couldn’t keep up with my press running at 2000 RPH. Things were mostly good for the first ~1000 rounds, by 1500 it was barely keeping up. By ~2000 I would have to stop and clean and lube the primer disk. In the course of 6500 rounds, I had to clean and lube 3 times. The last 200 rounds were excruciating, but I wanted to finish, not stop and clean. I’d say it was down to 10-15 primers per minute by then. I tried the post it “fix”, didn’t seem to make any difference. I’m pretty sure I didn’t have a single upside down primer. Which is great. From what I’ve seen, Winchester primers are hit and miss with the PP. The screws that hold the primer disk on are already starting to slightly strip out. I’ve probably had the thing apart 15-20 times between adjusting and cleaning. I don’t think it’s gonna go another 15-20 before some of them give out. Not sure what I’m gonna do. When the thing is clean it runs great. Right now though I don’t see the thing holding up to heavy use.
  8. Does the Does the powder charge still vary depending upon the speed of the press? or did they sort that out?
  9. Its a different primer that they don't sell to the public
  10. For me it was time savings. I load about 75k a year. I can easily go twice as fast with an auto drive.
  11. I used a hammer and punch. Once it starts moving it comes out easily. But I did initially gave to hit it harder than I was comfortable with.
  12. So after getting the primer pro running. I used it tonight to load 2100 rounds. at first it was working great, but over time it got slower and slower. Around 1500-1600 rounds into the session, the primer pro started to not keep up with my presss running at 1800 RPH. At 2000ish it was unusable, 2-5 primers would make it to the ramp per 30 seconds. On a positive note, I don’t think there was even 1 upside down primer. I was using the v2 plate with Winchester SPP. IMO this thing is too high maintenance. It took a considerable amount of messing around to get the thing to run right. And there is no question this thing must be clean and lubed to run right. The more it ran, the dirtier and slower it got. My rf100 probably averages 1-2 upside down primers per 100, which sucks. I’ve never been able to get it running 100%. The PP Has no upside down primers, but probably needs to be cleaned and lubed every 1500 rounds. Neither is a perfect solution...
  13. Syntech ammo uses a different “lead free” primer.
  14. I used pledge. But that’s what I had on hand. I’ve heard of others using silicon spray.
  15. This is what I do to my grip module magwell. After dremeling, there is a slight divot left, I fill it with epoxy and sand it flat.
  16. I found that if the device shut off and there were primers past the eye, but not yet in the tube, on the next cycle it could overfill due the counter not accounting for the primers that had already passed the counting eye.
  17. I received my primer pro, and after several hours of messing with it, it’s running acceptably. When I initially set the device up, nothing worked. I use Winchester primers and they wouldn’t slide down the ramp. I serrated the ramp per instructions, cleaned and lubed the ramp with pledge. once the primers would slide down the ramp freely, I had a problem with primers falling behind the disk and jamming things up. I tried both disks with varying degrees of tightness on the mounting screws. This made no difference. Finally I took the drum apart and cleaned and lubricated every primer channel. Problem solved. Next.... the primers would build up in the ramp faster than the arm could put them into the primer tube. After some adjustment to the arm, this seems to be fixed. so there it is, now the device is running reasonably, but I’m not sure how long it will stay that way. One thing is clear, the entire path the primer takes through the device must be clean and lubricated. Once I did that most problems went away. How many cycles will it take before I have to take it apart and clean and lubricate again. From what I’ve read it’s 1-2k max. I generally load 2-3k per session on an automated press, if I have to stop half way through and diddle with the primer pro, what’s the point? The ramp and probably the drum should be made out of metal. The plastic just has too much friction. ‘I’m going to load a few thousand rounds tomorrow or Monday, I’ll report back on how the primer pro performs under extended use.
  18. I’ve done quite a few grips now, it’s not difficult, just take your time. I settled on using 36g, gets less plugged up with skin and dirt.

the goguns takedown lever is a fully machine replacement part. This is a piece that is glued to the side of the gun. Where do you draw the line??

  22. If you are looking to remove the creep and reduce the travel, you should try the sig armorer.
  23. The $149 kit adds the curved trigger with adjustable over travel, heavier sear springs, and a heavier trigger return spring. From what I gather talking to GG the new springs are more for "tactical" shooters not competition. Heavier trigger with a very defined reset. I tried out the trigger and really it doesn't remove much more over travel than the original kit, and currently there is no flat trigger version.
