4.3 gr with 180 gr BBI bullets at 1.140 in a tac sport, getting 171pf

Ive been shooting a tac sport for 2 years and now trying to shoot the shadow 2. The double action then single is going to take a while to get used to. Im much faster and accurate shooting. 40cal than the 9mm

Dont want to go into to many details, not sure whats being done. I was pretty much proved it was a holster issue. Shadow 2, race style holster, his finger was not on trigger. When he inserted holster into "block" gun wet off. It recoiled back and went back into "block" and went off a again. 1 shot about 6" from foot, 1 shot between toes. Actually scared the crap out of me i was about 5 feet away. Funny thing is; gun was cleared ,reholstered and it was explained he was DQ. He was a newer shooter. No one knew he shot himsef at that time. He said ok and walked to other room ,took off shoe and theres the blood. I asked him if he knew he had gotten hit with one of the rounds and he said yes he knew it. Personally i would have had a totally different response if i had just shot myself. I think adrenaline and embarrassment kept him from saying anything immediately

He was so lucky, two shots went off, one went right between big toe and second toe. No surgery. For being shot couldn't have placed it any better

Im actually enrolled in a ro class in March. There are about 5-6 guys in are club sighned up to. I witnessed a guy shoot himself in his foot holstering a gun so i know exactly how important these rules are

Totally agree, as i said, if i did ,good call. I shouldn't even be close to the 180 Rules are definitely there for everyones satey which is Always priority 1

Agreed, moving to weak side, generally over exagerate keeping gun downrange. 170-180-190 degrees can be tough and yes he was behind my right side. If i did - good call. Either way i shouldn't be that close to the 180

Got dq,d for 1st time tonight after 3 yrs shooting. New guy to our club who was Ro,ing is supposedly a 3 gun shooter. Hard to argue, i was moving left,being right handed. Guess you just say ok, guess im pasting the rest of the night. Hard to argue a judgement call.

Got the MSA with gel about a month ago Love them, concerned they might be hot when it warms up though

This that is done more at club match level. Never seen it done at level 2 or 3 match.

Started a 30 day Challenge to dryfire on Christmas after taking November off for hunting season and to give shooting a break. Now the wife will ask me, you dry fired tonight, go do that. Good woman. Or maybe she wants me to go to the basement to leave her alone!

Started at Christmas to try to dry fire everyday. Shoot 2 leagues a week, matches on weekends, probably 2a month

Just bought some MSA muffs. Love them. Might rotate plugs , muffs, when hot outside

Shot there last year for 1st time. Very nice range. Definitely plan on coming back. Limited division
