Just switched to the 2011 platform myself and i also have smaller hands. Trying to follow your post, you are switching out the rear msh plate on back 0f grip to get a better feel. Is this correct? What did you replace it with

With both eyes oped i get 2 blurry front sights. Am left eye dominate. Started taping left eye to learn to keep both eyes open. Whats interesting is i have to move rear sight to the right, past center of gun, to sight it in. I have to do this to all my handguns.

Thats is the one major concern i have. Been shooting a CZ tactical sport for 2 years and they will eat anything and arent picky about mags. Going to go to a 2011 platform and knowing they all have some mag issues i wonder if im making the right move

Dosent seem right that you have to do so much work to them and maybe,maybe not, there going to be reliable

I have heard some negatives about MBX Slappy mc trigger , which ones are you talking about ?

You wont win a match with 1 stage but you can lose a match with 1 stage

I switched from walkers 360. Huge improvement with the MSA,s. Even guys shooting open guns indoors its very comfortable

I was suggested maybe , sv mags with taran tactical bases. Are they better than MBX mags?

Hopefully make A this year. Sitting at 71% now. Started a 30 day Challenge at Christmas to dry fire everyday, only hit about 90% but shoot 2 leagues a week. Shot 4 majors last year. Hopefully 5-6 this year. More than anything show stronger and more consistant finishes in local and major matches

Ive always shot 1 eye closed. Right handed, left eye dominate. Started uspsa 3 years ago at 54 years old. Closed left eye for 2 years, now tapping left eye so i can have perrifial vision and learning to keep both eyes open. Recently had shooting glasses made to focus on sights, (magnify) right eye while leaving left eye for distance. It definitely helped but the struggle is real. LOL

Good thing you can only go to a 0 score on a stage. Start going into a - score ,that would really hurt

I shoot a Tactical sport orange. 40, 180gr, 170pf. Had a friend video me shooting gun, then went back and watch it in slow motion. This was very helpful to see how gun reacted to different spring weights. Started with a 13#, finally decided on a 11#
