No. I looked at my pistols. Most of them are sighted in straight. One is moved over the right and another is off to the left.

I went out shooting my S&W 15-22 rifle the other day and sighted it in. Since it shot to the right, I had to adjust the rear sight almost all the way to the left to get it sighted in. Then I shot my FN SLP shotgun with slugs (using the flip rear sight) and bird shot. I also noticed that it shot to the right. I also remembered a few weeks ago shooting my new 10-22, that one also shot to the right. I went home and looked at my ar15 in the safe and saw that the sight was moved to the left so I had to have been shooting it to the right. I don't think this is a coincidence and now thinking there is possibly something wrong with my rifle/shotgun shooting. I am left eyed dominant but shoot with my right eye and close my left and I shoot right handed. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I'm in the market for a scope and think I have settled on one of these two scopes. What are going to be the main differences between the two? Is the XTR worth the several hundred dollars more?

I have enough bell in the case that it is not scraping the moly off as it is being seated. I am loading the bullets to 1.125". At first, when I was having problems with the bullets not seating all the way, I could see that some of the moly was being scraped off of the bullet and suspected that the leade in the chamber was too tight for the lead bullets. So I opened it up slightly with Manson finisher reamer. That cured that problem up until the 100 round mark, because around that point the bullets stop seating all the way due to the buildup. I am not sure if I had this problem earlier in addition to the tight barrel leade or if this is a new problem caused by the roughing up the chamber and creating a rough spot for lead to buildup. It seems like the chamber just needs a good polish to make it smooth enough that nothing will be able to "grab" onto the chamber and buildup. Is using Flitz the best way to accomplish this? I will give it a try.

I have a M&P 9L with a Storm Lake barrel. I am shooting 147 moly coated Bear Creeks with 3.0 gr of Ramshot Competition powder. After approximately 100 rounds I am getting rounds that fail to go into battery caused by lead and/or carbon buildup in the chamber. This buildup is taking up space in the chamber and not allowing the rounds to fully seat. How do I eliminate the buildup? Thanks

I asked the same question not too long ago, and didn't get many responses. I purchased a blade-tech made for the Springfield MC Operator and it fits my Caspian Recon very well.

I am wondering which Blade-Tech holster will fit Caspian Recon SS. I called them up to order one and they told me that they don't have a hoslter for the Caspian Recon. They have listings for the Kimber TLE w/light rail, Springfield MC Operator, and Para Nite-Tac. All of these seem like they would fit a Caspian Recon but I'm not certain why they have so many different holsters for a SS w/light rail since they all are similar. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Nate

So what adjustable rear sights are a good strong alternative to the Bomar's now that they are no longer available.

He started playing with the SPS tubes recently but he has been getting 31 in his SV for quite some time now. Both he and I use 9mm in his mags.

I know Bolen... and his stuff flat out runs. There is no question about that. For those that were concerned about it not being IPSC legal, he made a 3mm pad to get the 170mm limit and still hold 30 rounds.

And if forgot to mention with Bolen parts, he made me a 22 round ltd mag.

So far the tubes that I have seen that hold 31 have been SV's. But then again my other two SV's only hold 30 ( only hold 30 lol) so it varies from tube to tube, even within the same manufacturer. I think he might be working on something with the SPS tubes, but don't quote me on that one.

I went to Bolen's shop the other day. I had three big sticks that needed tuning. 1 of them is now a 31 round stick and the other 2 are reloadable 30 rounders. For the record, he will not guarantee 31 rounds. It will work in some tubes but not all. I watched him do all three within a period of an hour with the tools that he has. What he does is nothing short of amazing. Be patient guys, he is basically just now starting to get things up and running to really get his things out there.

I just purchased a Guga Ribas holster for my para, and I can't seem to make it fit properly. When I drop the gun in the holster the front of the trigger guard does not come down far enough to activate the tab to hold it securely. And yes, the adjustment tabs at the top have been moved all the way down. How do I make this fit. Am I missing something else?
