Hey NPDriver, did you have to do anything to your mags or lower to get the CMMG bolt and work properly? I had tried to build it up on my standard 9mm lower, but the bolt was hitting the back of the mags. When I called CMMG, they said that I would have to move the mag catch on mags so they would sit lower, or file down my mag catch in the receiver to get it to the right height.

Yes...eyebox, not like a traditional scope, but the tunnel effect that go along with a lot of the traditional red dots. I'll agree, the price and the size of the 510 is very nice. The Kahles looks similar to a C-More, but made more compact and smaller than the 510 overall. With the name Kahles and owned by Swaro, reliability won't be a concern for me. The price I'm finding them for are $399...so, $100 more than the normal price on 510c. That's why we love options

I would tell you to consider the new Kahles Helia Red Dot...I saw it at Shot show and was seriously impressed! Great eyebox, small, lightweight, etc.

Mine has a tendency to skip over the bolt catch. I only like it when I'm loading a mag at the beginning of a stage. If I have a full mag, sometimes it doesn't seat properly when I insert it on a closed bolt. It seems like the bolt catch skip has increased as I've put more rounds down range. Maybe it's wearing in an odd place or angle?

I know this is an older post, but I agree with you 100% here. At many of our local matches, we have every type of competitor and some of them even show up with crazy thigh rig holsters that they got on amazon...they only do that the first time

Good video...I was waiting for both grip styles in the video My question for the group is, not matter the grip style, should the elbows be bent or almost locked out for extension? I've noticed a lot of open guys run their elbows at almost a 45 degree bend...I know that they are shooting compensated guns and I'm shooting limited, but was curious about the elbows.

No ?. It’s a different shape. The safety does not swap out either. The charging handle could be filed to fit, or maybe the one from a mossberg or Remington might fit. I didn’t have either to test...just the Franchi and Benelli

My rifle really likes the new hornady black 62 and 75 grain rounds. Really does make a difference on the long range flashers and LaRue targets.

I noticed that I had to aim low on targets that were about 10 yards away. Has anyone else's notciced that?

@ZombieWrangler, how has your build gone? I bought one as a backup to my Franchi and have opened up the port and switched out all the springs for Taran Tactical springs. So far, it shoots everything.

You could send the trigger to RCI or another Benelli trigger guru for $55 and have them get it all worked out. You just need to send them the trigger pack.

Remember, the monotube threads into the actual reciever. I just added a Nordic extension using a Nova / supernova extension nut. You have to cut a little off the factory mag tube, but it's easy with a pipe cutter or a band saw.

I have one too. Seems to help with weak hand reloads. Not sure about strong hand reloads yet.

I have a new Benelli M1 that has the field 24" barrel. I've noticed when put pressure on the barrel, it shifts in the receiver. I've tightened down the magazine nut as tight as possible, but the barrel still flexes. Any ideas?
